This was our second time at Adam's place. If it's available, just book it - you will not be disappointed. Pros: location is far enough out to where it's very quiet, but still just a quick walk into town, this is the windy side of the island and this means ZERO bug issues, the pool is a perfect way to unwind at the end of a day diving - it stays nice and chilly and is perfect if you overdid it in the sun, the kitchen is well equipped, the property caretaker knows everything about the house and the island and is an absolute sweetheart, the beds are comfy, private beach right out front, perfect spot for a sunrise, great living room furniture, list goes on. Cons: honestly, you could nitpick a thing or two if you are that kind of person, but I can't list a single issue about this house that would keep me from returning time and time again.

Had a wonderful stay here with my friends. Close to the city but still very private. Beautiful sunsets at 5am, looks just like the pictures. Jakob and Ana were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Tamara’s place was perfect! Clean, great location and well appointed. Tamara was a great host and was super communicative, although we had zero issues come up that needed addressing. We can not wait to visit Paradise Regained again soon!

We really loved this place. The hosts were incredible! From the moment we got off the plane until the final moments these hosts went above and beyond to be helpful and responsive. The home is beautiful spacious and well equipped . A pool person came over to care for our pool needs, not only did he clean the pool but we think he cleaned our golf carts off after they got dirty while exploring the island. What a pleasant surprise. All around great stay with no complaints.

Fabulous beachfront bungalow with great amenities! Was such a great place for a relaxing trip and close to the restaurants and dive shops. Tamara was amazing and would visit again and recommend to any friend!

Very nice place to stay, house is a bit awkwardly laid out but Mathew does a good job stating that in the description, so it was expected. Mathew and house caretakers were extremely fast in responses and fixing any issues we had. Only complaint was the interior lighting was super dim, but if your spending that much time inside your house while your on an island like Utila - your doing it wrong.

Tina and JJ were very attentive and accommodating to everyone of our requests! Would highly recommend renting anyone of their managed properties! The Cocomo house was very clean and well kept it had everything that we needed in the kitchen as well as the laundry room! Every day the yard was maintained and was always welcoming when we arrived back

We loved staying here! Waking up to the ocean sounds is just something else. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Everything matched the description. HUGE thanks to Tony & Jo who were exceptional hosts. Super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

We love this home SO MUCH! And totally recommend to anyone who is looking to get a killer home for a great deal! The house is three stories, ground floor to wash & hang dive gear, second floor 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, & top floor big open concept kitchen, living room, and 1/2 bathroom with a big porch. The ceilings are high & it has a great ocean view. The host, Jacob, is super friendly, quick to respond, & helpful as can be. TOTALLY recommend this spot!

My daughter and I had a delightful stay, extremely peaceful and unplugged. If you’re looking for a natural, undisturbed Caribbean location right on the beach, this is for you. If you’re looking for big condos, huge all inclusives-this is not for you. You will have anything you want immediately, you’ll have basically your own concierge team taking care of you within minutes of asking. Trish is spot on along with Capt. Ron and Melvin who cooked us a fabulous meal and took us fishing. The beds are so comfortable and I fell asleep in minutes (and I usually don’t sleep well). Very well appointed bedrooms. From pick up to accompanying us to a last minute charter flight and not worry about all the logistics, their team was seamless! Definitely provision your food. We ran out of wine but had to go to town anyway, so you can get more there. Neptunes is a great place. Bring a combination of Sawyer Maxi Deet and Picaridin, bring light long pants and tops if you’ll make a fire at night. 10 stars!!

it was an excellent place for staying with my family , we really enjoyed everyhing about this house. we was well received and at all time Jo, was there for any help we needed.

This was our second trip to Utila. I couldn't imagine a better house or location on the island. It had three separate living spaces which allowed us to spread out. The house is right next to Scott's driftwood beach, a great place to see driftwood art and to enter the water. The house is on a small bay which provided fantastic snorkeling. I saw more fish, conch's, moray, and wildlife in that bay than I did diving the island. The hosts were quick to respond to problems and did an excellent job. I highly recommend any property they manage but really recommend this specific house. This is a house we would buy. You can also walk the point across from the house and see very cool fossilized corals and the ocean pounding on the rocks. This is a great island, great house, location, and host. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Life’s a Beach is a great house! We’ve stayed there on two different occasions. It’s a great location and has a lovely deck right on the beach. The rooftop deck is beautiful for sunsets and we love having the outdoor shower as well.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Red Cliff Cabana, hosted by Jo and Tony! They were very cordial and responsive, and even picked me up in their ATV! The house is situated in Tradewinds (away from the bustle of town) and was very peaceful! I was here for diving and this was an excellent respite from the busy days! I would recommend this listing to anyone!

Jenny and Jonathan were amazing hosts. They went above and beyond, even leaving us a thoughtful welcome gift that completely made our day. The location is super convenient — easy to get to and close to everything. They shared great recommendations on what to do and see around the island. They also helped us rent transportation, which made getting around a breeze. Huge bonus! Without a doubt, this will be my first choice every time I come back to Utila. Thank you so much for everything!

A lovely retreat located just out of the town, but walkable. Beautiful seafront location and responsive host. Trees need trimming to reveal the sea view, and if you fill the place, you might need more crockery etc. From our experience of Tamara, this would be quickly sorted though.

From the moment we arrived and throughout our stay tony and Jo were amazingly helpful. Any small issues we brought to their attention was promptly addressed. From a burnt out light bulb to any questions regarding the pool. They were responsive and super friendly!

Has everything you need. A/C, wifi, towels. One morning there was no water but host was responsive and helpful. Water issue was fixed quickly. Comfortable place to stay!

My husband and I stayed at the Pineapple House April 19-26. Right from my beginning contact, Laurence was extremely helpful and made us feel confident in booking this beautiful place. After we booked, Trish, the manager, took over and made sure we were prepared and set up grocery delivery for us, which I highly recommend. She set us up with a data package on the phone which let us keep in contact when needed. Trish was amazing for our whole trip and spent lots of time making sure we had everything we needed. We have snorkelled many places over the last 15 years, and this is the most amazing reef! Sea fans everywhere and a huge green moray eel right under a dock. So much beauty to see and such a tranquil beach. My husband went out for a few hours fishing with Melvin and caught some barracuda which were cleaned for us and we enjoyed eating for the rest of the week. Captain Ronald and his nephew got us to and from Treasure Beach quickly. Everyone was wonderful. Highly recommend!
