Self-contained ground floor unit within our family home- The Annex adjoins the main house via a locked door Weston Village area of Bath close to the M4 and a 5/10 minute drive to City Centre. Free on-street parking. 5 minute walk to the Royal United Hospital (RUH) and therefore a perfect location for those working, studying or visiting relatives at the RUH.

King's Court is a quiet, 4 bedroom, family home in a magical setting looking over the world heritage City of Bath. Sitting in beautiful gardens and untouched National Trust countryside, you have the city laid at your feet. The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.
