Support reading and writing with your stay inside our literary arts center. Our one bedroom apartment includes a kitchen, bathroom and work space. Guests enjoy access to our wrap around porch, gardens, and the salon when it is not in use. Our salon hosts workshops and readings, and provides information on the latest literary happenings in Iowa City, a Unesco City of Literature. We are a five minute walk from downtown. Free parking and a private entrance is available in the back.

Welcome to Kinnick Corner! Conveniently located in the shadow of Kinnick Stadium at the intersection of Melrose and Golfview, just a five-minute walk from UIHC. The 4BR/3BA plus two queen-size pull-outs ensure plenty of space for a quiet respite or a game-day weekend unrivaled in the Big 10. Guests have access to the whole house and five driveway parking spots. During football season, the attached Hawk Garage may be added to your reservation for tailgating for an additional fee.

The Milk House is a unique space located in the countryside, between Iowa City and Kalona. This 700 square foot home has ample parking and room for four adults. The house is well appointed with a full kitchen, two luxurious queen beds, wifi and a Smart TV. Guests are invited to explore our 20-acre working farm with lots of livestock and two friendly dogs.
