Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow our kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max number of guests is 10 p, including kids. Sorry no pets.

Mysig och stilren Attefall stuga med havsutsikt

Nybyggd Attefallstuga med alla bekvämligheter och höghastighets wifi! I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Stugan på 32 kvm är totalrenoverad och bekväm för 2 personen (dubbelsäng), evt med 1 eller 2 (små) barn i sovsoffan, och är fullt utrustad. Stugan ligger bakom värdens hus, men bjuder privacy, natur, cafébord och utemöbler. Lugnt, nära E6 mellan Göteborg och Oslo. MED BRYGGA OCH BASTU VID SJÖKANTEN!

Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe med massor av plats för umgänge och härliga semesterdagar. 5 minuters promenad till fin sandstrand. Skog och natur alldeles vid huset. Sol från morgon till kväll med stor altan. Vill man göra dagsutflykter till västkustens alla pärlor såsom Lysekil, Smögen, Fjällbacka mm så är det möjligt. Huset ligger alldeles ovanför Hafstens resort där det finns möjlighet till poolbad, affär, glasskiosk och restaurang med rättigheter.

Naturskönt och stadsnära boende

Vackert och lantligt boende som ligger nära centrala Lysekil (6 min med bil ca 10min med cykel). Området är lugnt med ett mycket fint läge Familjevänligt med: klättervägg/aktivitetsrum Stor trädgård med fotbollsmål, lekstuga, studsmatta Nära till havet med badstrand och brygga Omgivningen runt boendet bjuder på vacker natur med fina stigar för både promenader, löpning och MTB-cykling. Exclusive house near the sea

A small modern house with most of what is needed. The kitchen consists of a stove, microwave, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The toilet consists of a shower, toilet and washing machine. Separate bedroom with large double bed. A sofa bed is in the kitchen / living room with TV and wifi. There is a conservatory next to the house and at the back of the house you will find the terrace with table and barbecue.
