There are lots of options for the seperate lounge which can be used as downstairs entertaining, a 4th bedroom/guest room or study. The area is fully serviced by a bar/kitchennette and powder room/wc for all your entertaining needs. Upstairs, is the real show stopper .. a sweeping view from the open plan dining, living and kitchen strikes you at every window. An open, breezy feel is created with sliders that join the indoors to a spacious, tiled balcony maximising the entertaining options and further encompassing the amazing views!

Relax in our modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family beach house on the beach front at Two Rocks. Just a short 3 min walk to Leeman’s Landing, one of Two Rocks best beaches. House is well equipped for your family stay with games, DVDs and WIFI. There is a secure backyard and lawn to play back yard games. At the end of the day, kick back and enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The marina and local shopping centre with IGA supermarket, bakery and several cafes is just a short 2 min drive away.

Full house available 3 minute walk to beach, park and shops. 2 separate living areas so two families can stay together but in separate areas, 1 upstairs with views and 1 ground floor. Cafe's and Tavern 3 min walk with amazing sunsets over the ocean. 4wd areas not far away along with Yanchep national park. Great place to stay if going to a function at Yanchep Caves or just relax as everything is at your doorstep. Space to park a small caravan if required and pet friendly(house trained only).

Just a 2 minute walk to the coastal path that will take you down to the beach and the local cafe. Joondalup (Lakeside) Shopping Centre and Joondalup Health Campus are a 10 minute drive away, or a bus runs to shopping centre. There are also local shops at Currambine which include restaurants, supermarkets, cinema and chemist which is a 5 minute drive away. Joondalup Golf Resort in Connolly is a 7 minute drive away. Ocean keys is the closest shopping centre about a 5 minute drive away.
