Located downtown, this renovated building offers a unique space close to all the things that make up Enid. Nightlife, restaurants, David Allen Ballpark and the Stride Center are all nearby and walkable. Built in 1927, This two story building is rumored to have been a one stop shop back in its glory days. With poker and liquor on the ground level and a brothel upstairs, this place has always been hopping! While it’s much more tame today, we still think you’ll have a Grand Ole Time!

As you pull into the driveway of our little farm, you won’t believe you’re only 20 minutes from downtown Oklahoma City and less than 10 minutes from Edmond. You may encounter deer, turkeys, road runners and much more. Enjoy the lonesome howl of distant coyotes in the evening as you step outside this old waycar. We are proud to keep it going & are happy to show others what makes The granary is operable to this day. It holds seed wheat for my family farm, Boedeker Farms, where I work. Our farm currently farms close to 4,000 acres, which includes 3 of the 4 sections at our location. We also have 250 pairs that we care for.
