You'll be on a safe, quiet, tree-lined street centrally located in New Orleans. Off street parking included! Dogs are allowed with a $75 pet fee. They must be vaccinated and flea-free, and not allowed on the furniture. Please pick up your furry friend’s mess in the provided receptacle in the backyard.

Located in the heart of Uptown NOLA, 2 blocks from Tulane Univ. This charming 2 bedroom space is part of the main house on the property with a separate private entrance and stairwell. The space is not shared with main house. Each bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen tv. The larger bedroom has a microwave, small refrigerator, keurig coffee maker and has an en suite bathroom. We pride ourselves in cleanliness and wash all linens before each guest arrival. Light, bright and beautiful!

The bedroom has a new comfy pillow top queen bed, the kitchen is freshly painted with a new stainless stove, stand-up shower in the bath, and living room with a small eating area. We are walking distance to Tulane, Loyola, streetcar, restaurants, bars and shopping! Super quiet and safe area.

Studio has 9 windows overlooking the tropical garden. Kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, microwave, sink. Farm-style bathroom with walk-in shower. Walking distance to Tulane and Loyola Universities. 10-15 minute drive to Superdome, Downtown and French Quarter. Streetcar is a 10 minute walk from the studio. Lush garden with gas grill. This is studio is located in the quiet, family area of Carrollton. No guests under 21. Full kitchen (shared) can be made available with advance request.

It is a quiet and safe neighborhood where both students and locals reside. Completely private entrance leads into living room and kitchen. Bathroom is off the hallway and bedroom is at the end of the hallway. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and ensure that all linens are laundered between guests.
