Die Ferienwohnung grenzt an einen historischen Bauernhof - heute ein Pferdezucht und Pensionsbetrieb - welcher in Alleinlage auf einem wunderschönen Berghügel umgeben von Wäldern und Weinbergen liegt. Der Fellerhof auf dem Fellerberg liegt weit weg von Straßenlärm und Stress, hier kann man die Natur, Entspannung und Ruhe genießen. Es gibt wunderschöne Wandermöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Einige Wege führen nur wenige Meter am Hof vorbei, wie z.B. der Schiefer-Wackenweg.
