It is close to the safe bathing and surfing beach at Praa Sands and only a 5-minute drive to the coast path car park at Rinsey Cove. The beautiful harbour village of Porthleven is a foodies' paradise and is only a 7-minute drive away. The cottage is well placed for the many attractions that West Cornwall has to offer. The Annexe is a cosy modern space adjoined to the old farmhouse, with its own conservatory and garden. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room and an additional spacious conservatory which can be used for dining or just as another sitting area. The two bedrooms can be arranged as a twin room and a king-size double, or as two king-size doubles.

We are 15mins away from St Ives, Penzance & Helston, 10 mins from St Michaels Mount & Pra Sands. We are ideally located for countryside walks.

We're dog-friendly with over 100 acres of farm to explore, including a Labyrinth & stone circles. The cottage has traditional comforts, including a large granite fireplace.
