I was really impressed with this place. It was kept very clean and tidy and it has its own parking space. Mia, was easy to get hold of and communicated well and everything was made simple for me. I was also allowed to check in early which helped a lot. I hope to come back here one day 🙂

Nice cosy flat in a great location, very close to the harbour. Had everything you might need. Quite a lot of clutter (including three TVs) which made it feel a little smaller than it needed to, but we had a fab stay and absolutely loved Brixham. Instructions were all very clear and check in very easy.

Perfectly located for me to visit friends close by. Easy walk into Brixham & lovely little appartment.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy and comfy spot in Torquay! Perfect for a group of four friends like us, the place had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It was clean, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. The location was super convenient—just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the seafront. Claire, the host, was super friendly, helpful, and always quick to reply, which made everything even easier. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again!

A beautiful clean modern flat , within 5 minute walk to the beach front and a 10 minute walking distance to Paignton pier. Free parking a short walk from the flat it’s self however not a problem. The host was so responsive and helpful with any question we had , can not thank you( the hosts) enough for making our trip easy and hassle free.

Great air bnb - extremely clean and comfortable. We were staying for the pirate festival and it was a short walk to the festivities but far enough away to be peaceful for a rest during the day. We would definitely stay again.

The place is close to the port either you want to walk or drive also if you want to have a nice view over the port from above you can walk 5 minutes from property. Very nice and quiet place.

This stay at Brixham was really nice! Everything was as expected. I love that this little neighborhood has everything pretty much that you need in walking distance. Great local restaurants that make you feel at home! I wouldn’t not choose this place because of parking, parking for me was not an issue. I didn’t have to pay extra and it was perfectly fine as long as you’re OK with walking a short distance. I also felt super safe being here alone. The neighbors are friendly but also to themselves, so you’ll have all the privacy you need but also warm smiles. The only thing that I would like to give you a heads up on is that the other Airbnb rented out is in the same building as yourself and the walls are quite thin so you might hear the people above you if that Airbnb is occupied. Josh is incredibly great at responding to text messages very quickly. As someone from the United States, it was nice being able to have quick answers to things that I didn’t understand. 10/10 recommend!

Great hosts and lovely home in a great location, easy enough to walk into the town. (the hill isn't as steep as it looks) So spacious and very comfortable rooms! Lovely welcome pack and essentials, my son made full use of the hot chocolates! as did I, with the prosecco! It was a lovely place to spend New Year.

The apartment was just what we needed, a home from home with a fantastic seaview Jemma was away this week but her mum Jackie was lovely, very helpful and welcoming as was her dad and the dog😊 All in all a brilliant week.

Another beautiful stay, can’t beat the location & the view. The apartment was homely and comfortable, and the milk and doughnuts were very much appreciated. Thanks for another great stay!

Absolutely beautiful place loved staying here will definitely consider staying here again and will definitely be recommending the hideaway to friends and family, have the extra convenient of parking was fantastic, comfortable and very very, clean could not ask for a better stay

We had a great stay at salty breeze, Marie is a great host and her place is wonderful. Short walk to everything you need, location is ideal. Central but in the hustle and bustle of craziness. It the cleanliness of as immaculate, all of Marie’s little homely touches are great.

We had a great time at Laura's apartment. It was not only great value for money as it is in a central location -only a couple of minutes to the pier, beach and park but also includes safe parking. Check in was simple with lock up box at the front of building and clear instructions with the code. On getting into the apartment it was spotlessly clean and had towels, bed linen and all the equipment in the kitchen you could need for the week. I also liked the fact there was a folder outlining everything you may need to know during your stay, as well as suggestions for places to visit. we went to Crealy during our stay and Torquay by train as the station was only a five minute walk and reasonably priced for a group save ticket. We would definitely stay again, although this time of year the pool is not open, the pool area is beautiful and after staying previously in another of these apartments before know it is very clean and warm.

We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment was amazing, so welcoming, great decor and furnishings and was very clean and tidy. My daughter loved the pool. The apartment was in an ideal location and it was easy to walk to local places and see the gorgeous scenery. Dee left a very useful folder with lots of information, ideas for places to visit as well as local restaurants. We would love to visit again in the future.

Accessing the caravan was super easy, parking is right next to the caravan so made unpacking breezy. Caravan was lovely and clean including the pull out bed with fresh clean bedding, was great having the little essentials such as washing up liquid and hand soap. We only had a short stay but the amenities on site were great everything you need is there. The caravan itself is a stones throw away from the main building. All as described would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thankyou for our stay! Fab hosts!

We had a lovely stay at Tracy’s..There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, biscuits etc. in the kitchen. There were plenty of games to keep our little one occupied ! We enjoyed our time in the park opposite the apartment complex..

Was really impressed with this hotel. We had a fantastic staying there. My children loved the swimming pool. Above all, staff were friendly and helpful. They went out of there way to deal with an issue with Air bnb - for which we are grateful. Many thanks.

We were made to feel very welcome in this lovely apartment. There was plenty of space for us all and Pania supplied us with a cot for our toddler. It's clean, well kept and only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Torquay (which is quicker and cheaper than parking). This place is perfect for families and a great base for exploring South Devon. We would highly recommend!

Excellent place, well equipped, they have well thought out the accommodation and a very nice few extras as we stayed over Christmas - thank you for that, very much appreciated. Loved it, a lovely, peaceful break with our two small dogs, plenty of space to walk them both and a pooh bin was present too in the grounds. Pool and Snooker fab. Thanks.
