We had the most peaceful weekend in Flower Barn. What a stunning place! The photos really don’t do this beautiful cottage justice. The hot tub was perfect, the bed so comfy and huge! And the bath was an extra treat. The welcome basket was a lovely touch too. You will not be disappointed- it’s sad to leave!!

Great property in beautiful surroundings. Perfect for our young family, with so much to do. Hosts took great care to make us feel welcome. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

We loved our stay at Miranda’s place! It was clean, the views were stunning & she was extremely responsive and helpful. Thankful for this wonderful spot for some time with family!

The surroundings were lovely and a large enclosed garden was great for the dog and our 3 children. we had many a happy night in the hot tub. Lots of things for the kids to play with. We drove to all the local beaches would say most things are within an hour's drive and would recommend watermouth castle as a day out if you have kids!

A beautifully kept cottage with plenty to do within walking distance, friendly locals, and an unlimited amount of nature to explore. Ceri and Daniel are great hosts, and clearly care about their guests! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, would highly recommend.

What a beautiful place that can’t quite be captured in photos it is just so peaceful and lovely and private the garden was in beautiful condition and maintained so beautifully we cannot wait to come back!! They were very helpful with any questions as well as allowing a later checkout when we requested it was just perfect and a beautiful place to wake up in for my 30th! Balloons and fresh baked bread on arrival were also lovely and delicious !! Definitely recommend.

We had a delightful peaceful stay at the Old Tractor Shed. The place was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfy and the bath in particular was lovely. We enjoyed the local farm shop and livestock in the surrounding fields! A great little getaway in the countryside.

What a wonderful cosy little hideaway, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone!!! We would move in rightaway if we could…

We had a lovely Easter Weekend, with the house ticking all the boxes! It is fully equipped with everything you need and the best distance we’ve ever had to the local pub!! It was about a 25 minute drive to Lyme Regis and a great location for exploring the area! Alison’s communication was extremely quick throughout our stay and the check in was really clear and simple. Would definitely recommend a stay here ☺️

We loved this cottage. It was close to the centre but it’s position made it feel tucked away from the main village. We loved the views and the feeling of spaciousness that looking down across the village gave us. We loved the cosy living room and the log burning effect gas fire was very realistic. The larder was very convenient for extra storage as we cooked every evening we stayed. We hope to come and stay again.

Kristina’s cottage is fantastic! Great location in Kilmington, we used it as a base for Lyme Regis/Charmouth, Hive Beach and for seeing family over in central Devon. Very clean and charming cottage that was surprisingly spacious. Everything we needed was provided, we hugely appreciated the little touches like a pint of milk to get us going and delicious scones with jam and cream, these were very thoughtful. These would elevate Kristina’s stay from 5 stars to 6 stars if we could 😊 We definitely recommend Khushi Kitchen (just round the corner from the cottage), we thought this was absolutely brilliant and tasted amazing too. We will be back very soon to stay here again, and will definitely be recommending it on to friends and family. Thank you so much Kristina 😊

Lovely, comfy home, in a fabulous location in mid-Devon, which gave us a great base to visit friends & family in the surrounding area. would highly recommend.

Spotlessly clean hideaway. So peaceful yet minutes walk from the centre of Dawlish. Completely safe walled garden for the dogs. Train station 5min away, great coastal scenery in all directions. Nice walk to Dawlish Warren and plenty of places to eat and drink. 3 generations and suited us all. Would highly recommend.

Cosy cottage. Walking distance to the beach. Lovely welcome pack with even a treat for the fur baby. This was our 3rd visit and we’ll be back!

We loved our stay here. Beautiful, peaceful location with great walks from the door. The cottage is wonderful, really well equipped and comfortable, it has everything you need and we were very grateful that Caroline provided a cot, highchair and stair gate for our toddler. The garden was huge and perfect for our dog. Caroline and Christopher could not have been more welcoming and kind, really lovely hosts.

Communication with Mark was great. The house is really lovely, as described, and the oak extension is great. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and our 3 year old grandchild slept well in the peace and quiet. Thank you Mark.... we definitely would like to return.

We loved our stay! Beautiful cottage that was superbly clean, lovely location with plenty to do nearby (within 20mins or so drive, plus greatwalks and pubs on the doorstep). We bumped into the hosts a couple of times and they were really friendly. Normally as a family we like to stay in diffeent properties when we head away but we are already exploring dates to return here in the Summer.

We had a lovely stay at Kirsten’s place. It is a very nice lodge/cottage with plenty of space for four, although there was only the two of us. It’s conveniently located to explore north Devon. We really enjoyed cycling the Tarka Trail which is traffic free. Kirsten was very responsive and provided all the information required for our stay.

Had a wonderful stay. Nicola is a wonderful, warm and friendly host and was incredibly thourghful and helpful. The cottage is just stunning - in terms of facilities, location and design. Felt as home as soon as walked through the door. Nicola really has thought of everything you could need. Thank you both so much for a wonderful stay.

The cottage was stunning, clean and tidy. The beds were comfy and had a great nights sleep. Tina was fantastic on her communication throughout the booking and picked up straight away when we got lost. Arrived with my dad who is disabled, easy access to the property and worked well for him. Only down side was the heating didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and the property felt on the cold side, Other than that we had a lovely stay and would recommend to friends and family and if visiting the area again would 100% return.
