Great location, very clean, everything needed was provided. Beds were very comfortable with incredible linens. Perfect for our family sports weekend getaway.

A cute little house in a good location, near town, but in a quiet neighborhood. the back yard is a nice enclosed place for children to play or adults to relax.

The place was cute and comfy. Trains took a night to get used to but luckily I live by them at my own home so it wasn’t an issue. Loved that I could park off street. Melanie was also super helpful with recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely come back.

We were in the area for a marathon and wanted somewhere with a kitchen to cook our own meals and a yard for our dogs. This checked all the boxes for us. The neighborhood was quiet and had easy access to the main highway for getting around. The house was clean, comfortable, and had anything we needed. This was by far the most dog-friendly home we’ve stayed at which I appreciated SO MUCH. We love traveling with our two pups and having places that make them feel at home makes it so much easier to explore new places with them.

Oz was very accommodating and the place was clean and tidy. The back patio/yard was very nice and the house itself was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We got everything we were looking for during our weekend trip. Overall great stay!

This Airbnb has to have the most beautiful view in Lawrence. It is so incredibly peaceful, you feel like you are in the middle of Colorado. The space itself is really cool and has everything you need to relax. As the description states you can rent the upper half (which we did) or the whole house. The upper half of the house had plenty of space for my husband and myself, and more to spare if we needed it. Truly a gem, and the hosts were incredibly nice!!!

After having to leave another Airbnb due to issues with the property. I was glad to have found this property available. The check in was last minute but the host was able to accommodate us. Would stay again.

I stayed in Elinor’s apartment for three months. She made it my home away from home! She was super responsive with any issue. The apartment was clean and well kept. She offers extra amenities most places don’t. I would highly recommend staying here!

This was the perfect little getaway for the night for my daughter and I. It was so cozy and quiet and we had a blast playing all the available games. We both felt asleep watching movies on the giant couch it was so comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive and greeted us when we arrived and assured to reach out if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

We have stayed many places in Lawrence over the years - and this is by far our favorite! Our hosts were warm and welcoming, the property is cozy and comfortable with no details missed, the yard is park-like and beautiful, and the neighborhood is peaceful, yet walkable to the KU area and Mass Street. Our only regret is that we didn't find it sooner since our son graduates in a few weeks. Whenever we return to Lawrence - we will look to book here again first. Julie's place was very clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The instructions posted around the house were very helpful, and I like that she keeps costs low by ensuring guests keep the space nice. She was very responsive and made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. This was a nice place for a quick stay in Lawrence!

My bff and I wanted a weekend trip away and were so excited to find Cody’s Nest! The pictures online looked amazing, but the place itself is beyond expectations. It is so wonderfully decorated and curated. There are many places to sit and hang out, tons of space, sleeping options, and history! We loved learning about the building and the location - shops and restaurants easily walkable. Please give Leavenworth a visit, there is so much to offer in this great small town. Thanks Debra for being a great host, always responsive- we loved our stay!

This is one of the best AirBnBs that I've stayed in. I wish I could've stayed longer! The apartment was super comfortable & quiet. I could tell that every piece of furniture & decor was carefully selected for the aesthetics of the place & for a 1 bed/1bath it seems incredibly spacious. All the amenities were as described. TVs were easy to use with all the streaming services anyone could need. Wifi was fast and reliable. Neighborhood was quiet & felt secure. I'm a night shift worker, so I greatly appreciated the black out shades in the bedroom; some gets through along the sides, but it was still dark enough to allow me to sleep during the day. Kitchen was well appointed with high quality brand name items for cooking, coffee, etc. Towels and linens were spotless with plenty of both provided. If I find myself in Topeka again in the future for an extended stay, I'll definitely be checking to see if the Prairie Condo is available before looking anywhere else.

This is great place to stay for KU parents!! Campus is super close and everything is within a 5 minute drive or a short walk. Would definitely stay again!

This house is simply fantastic! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. The comfort and luxury inside make you fall in love with it from the moment you arrive. The balcony is amazing, offering both great comfort and beautiful views. We traveled to Kansas to visit our son who is studying there, and I feel we were incredibly lucky to find and book this home. The location couldn’t be better — everything you need is just a short walk away. The house is full of luxurious touches and little surprises that make it stand out. I especially loved that on Saturday morning, local producers gathered in the parking area to sell their products — a lovely detail that really gave us a taste of the local culture. Finally, the host, Omar, is one of the kindest and most discreet people I’ve ever met. Don’t think twice — just book it!

This place was really cool! The garage door opening up in the living room was even better than the pics show. Clean and easy to access. Terrace with hot tub, grill and fireplace was an extra bonus. This place is well worth the price. Cheaper than a hotel would have been for us and much nicer, private accommodations with a great view of the night life. Definitely recommend Jessie’s Place!!!

Beautiful space. Clean and soft linens. This space is next to an active night life scene and was a little noisy. We expected this at the time of booking and we were prepared with a small sleep sound machine. Awesome place, will book again in the future.
