Heathcote wine country is only 30 minutes away and Bendigo, a short 15 minute drive offers a multitude of activities including shopping, nightlife and rich art and history culture.

Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.
