Great Place!! I had a wonderful stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The check-in process was straightforward, with clear instructions that made getting in super simple. The place itself was spotless and well-kept, with a modern, cozy feel that made it easy to settle in right away. One of the highlights was definitely the view—it was absolutely beautiful and added a really peaceful vibe to the whole stay. The location was also really convenient, with shops and stores just a short walk away, which made grabbing essentials or a quick bite incredibly easy. I had a great stay here. The check-in process was very easy and smooth. The room was clean and had a nice view from the balcony. The shower was also very good, with strong water pressure and warm water. The location is also good, close to the IT Park and Ayala malls where you can find many restaurants and nice places to relax. I have no complaints. The host was very responsive to my questions. It’s really worth staying here.

A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

I'm usually in Cebu once every 3 months, and this place has become my home away from home. This was my 4th (?) time staying in this unit, and like how clean and homey it feels. I like the place because it feels homey. It’s also close to the school where I took my exam and near several restaurants. The area is very safe and quiet.

We had a pleasant stay at Flordelyn’s unit! The location is super convenient—right across SM City Cebu, with a coffee shop, laundry, and pharmacy all available at the Lower Ground Floor. The unit itself was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. There were just occasional delays with the elevator, but overall, highly recommended!

Boss G's place is the best value for money ratio that I'm been to. If I had a ranking of the Airbnbs that I've been to, this place would easily rank at the top 5 for it's value for money! The place is a complete home with silent neighborhood, perfect if you want a staycation away from the bustle of the city. The honesty store was the icing on top for us because it made us feel welcome and trusted! We'll surely come back and stay for longer next time!

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

Le logement proposé correspond totalement aux photos de plus il est situé très proche de l’aéroport ce qu’il le rend pratique d’accès. Je recommande l’hôte car elle très arrangeante et flexible sur les heures d’arrivée ☺️

Anita is a great host. Very accommodating with check in/out times. Quick response to messages. The accommodation is in a nice secure location with a decent grocery store pool and gym pretty close to the house. No a/c but lots of fans provided along most of cutlery and cooking utensils that anyone needs.

Very spacious and nice place. She also accommodated our request which we are very thankful for. Very accessible especially if you plan to go around Nustar and SM Seaside. Thanks Gillian!
