Lovely homely place. Peaceful and private. Just what we needed. Loved the verandah outside and all the thoughtfulness put into this property. Slept like a baby in the comfy bed.

The unit was clean and tidy and in the heart of Yungaburra. We enjoyed the spa ... the kids that is ..... and it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This place is the bomb My husband and I wanted a one night break away as we live in Cairns. This exceeded all expectations. Owner has an incredible attention to detail. Spa bath was incredible and electric fire etc Do yourself a favour, this place exceeded expectations…

Nice clean motel style accommodation with a very comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom. Very basic kitchen so better to plan to eat out at any of the great surrounding pubs, cafes and restaurants. Yungaburra is a great little town, we even saw a tree kangaroo down by the creek! Checking in and out was super easy & non contact required. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

We have stayed in a lot of Air BNBs, some considerably more expensive than this one. However, no-one has a been as thoughtful. We had a fresh shop completed for us that showcased some local produce for a variety of breakfast options. We felt incredibly welcome and at home. We were searching a place that allowed us to recharge away from the busy world and this was perfect, we felt at peace yet could still hop in the car and within 10 minutes could visit a cafe and buy produce. We had cows on our back doorstep which our hosts would answer our questions, yet would allow us to simply enjoy having nature around us. Finally one of the most important things when staying at an air bnb, the bed was very comfortable. There is nothing worse than a perfect air BnB than to be let down by a poor bed, certainly not the case here.

We absolutely loved our stay. The unit felt really secluded as it backed on to a tranquil park & it really did feel like we were hidden away with the peace and quiet. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes & a perfect spot to visit surrounding waterfalls. We would definitely stay here again!

When I first walked into the room it smelt old not sure if they had a air freshener or scented candles that would help with the smell But other than that it was ok Pool was amazing & the view from the deck near the pool Would be great if there was chairs on the deck to sit on while watching the sunset

Julie’s place was absolutely spotless and provided a safe, comfortable haven for our Christmas stay. The location was wonderfully quiet and perfectly dark at night, ensuring a peaceful rest. Breakfast in the morning was a highlight, featuring delicious tropical fruits. This is the best BnB I have stayed in due to its exceptional cleanliness and the host’s effective communication. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely cabin backing onto the rainforest and river. John was the perfect host, gave a fiendly tour around the property then we returned to the cabin with fresh hot cross buns waiting for us. They have obviously given a lot of thought into everything that we might need or want to make our stay as comfortable as possible because it was all there, and some. The area was a post card and it was so nice to come back to such a well appointed little cabin in the forest after a day of exploring the tablelands.

We had a great stay here for 5 nights. As others have mentioned the mini bar is great, well priced and very useful. The apartment was extremely spacious and comfortable, the balcony lovely, and the pool was amazing despite the rain!! We hired a car, but it is close to Cairns and the airport and it is very easy to get Ubers. We enjoyed diving on the Great Barrier Reef, Daintree rainforest, Hartley's Croc Park and Cairns Aquarium. Alyssa and Aaron were great with communication and we were so pleased that we were able to have a late check out. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The accommodation was accurately described and we stayed two nights. Karin ensured that everything was very clean and tidy for our stay and her husband spent time with us to show us around the large cattle property, including awesome views and rainforest creek. Thanks very much guys!

Yungaburra is truly one of my favorite places to visit! Every time I book my accommodation through Gina, I know I’m in great hands. The property was, as always, immaculate and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The beautifully maintained gardens and the peaceful atmosphere made sitting on the veranda with my morning coffee such a relaxing experience. Plus, the easy walking access into town is so convenient. I can’t recommend this place enough—thank you, Gina, for making every visit so special!

We had the best time here with another couple and our dog. So clean and comfortable. Great position. Not one negative aspect. We have only just seen that Debbie sent questions regarding our choice of milk etc. Sorry missed it. Ten out of ten.

I stayed here with two of my young children for two nights in winter. We had a lovely time exploring the lake on the kayaks (note there are no life jackets provided) and taking in the beautiful view at different times of day. There was everything we needed to cook, relax in front of the fire (make sure to grab some wood from the Yungaburra supermarket) and sleep comfortably. Claw foot bath was a treat for the kids with plenty of hot water during a cold period. The house was very clean and great size for a family of three or four. There is plenty to explore including a tree swing a short walk around the lake - and access to Netflix! Thanks for sharing your lovely home. Michael
