Privates Feriendörfchen mit Aussicht, 2 Rustici

Ihr eigenes, kleines Feriendörfchen, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der schönen Verzasca entfernt. Das Dorf besteht aus 2 typischen, 300 Jahre alten Rustici mit authentischen Granit Dächern. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit einer kleinen Gruppe von Freunden oder Familie, insgesamt stehen 12 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung. Die Rustici liegen ruhig, dennoch ist die Verzasca nur wenige Schritte entfernt und lädt zu einem kühlenden Bad ein. Bushaltestelle & 2 Parkplätze sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Come Relax and Enjoy the Breathtaking Views

Our house is located a quick five minute drive up the mountain in the historic nucleo of Piodina. The home is on three floors, recently restored bedroom upstairs, bathroom and kitchen in the middle floor, lounge with sofa bed on the bottom floor. We have a beautiful terrace for outside dining and a balcony to take in the breathtaking views and relax. The neighborhood is quiet with winding pathways typical of an historical Ticinese nucleo. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful house!

LOCARNO ZUHAUSE MIT AUSSICHT

Das helle, luftige und stilvoll eingerichtete Haus mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf Locarno und den Lago Maggiore bietet viel Privatsphäre. Wer gerne kocht, schätzt die gut eingerichtete Küche. Das Cheminée sorgt auch an kühleren Abenden für Behaglichkeit. Nebst Erholung und Musse im Haus lädt die Lage ein zu Wanderungen und Spaziergängen. Besonders beliebt sind die kulturellen Anlässe, wie das Jazz Festival Ascona im Juni, das Moon&Stars im Juli sowie das Filmfestival Locarno im August.

Casa Berlinda, das allein stehende Rustico an Südlage auf einem großen Wald- und Wiesen-Grundstück sorgt durch die reizvolle Kombination aus rustikalen Elementen mit modernem Komfort (alle Räume Bodenheizung, Dusch-Bad und Küche) für Behaglichkeit und Wohlbefinden. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Du erreichst es in ca. 7 Gehmin. bergauf vom privaten Parkplatz oder zu Fuss vom öffentlichen Parkplatz in Canedo aus in ca. 15 Min. auf einem ebenen Weg. Es gibt keine direkte Autozufahrt.

The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Romantic Bijou - Lugano

This lovely little house was built in the early 19th century, and is fully renovated and luxuriously furnished. It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

La casa è stata ristrutturata con amore per i dettagli, gli ambienti risultano caldi ed accoglienti. Arrivando nel vostro giardino privato rimarrete senza parole dalla vista mozzafiato che domina il panorama. Cademario è il posto ideale per rilassarvi immersi nella natura, si possono raggiungere diversi sentieri. Dall' 01.09.25 al 29.05.26 e dal 01.09.26 al 01.06.27 nel soggiorno é compreso l'utilizzo dell'Hot Pot... immersi nell'acqua calda davanti ad una vista meravigliosa!

Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.

Casa Darsena, fascino sul lago

Nel cuore del villaggio storico di Gandria, a quattro chilometri dal centro di Lugano e affacciato direttamente sul lago, si affitta per soggiorni di lavoro o di vacanza un meraviglioso appartamento appena ristrutturato. Rustico Caverda

Il rustico è stato ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di una vecchia stalla. Tutti i mobili che compongono l'arredamento dell'abitazione sono stati costruiti artigianalmente in legno massiccio dall'host. La casa è dotata di un impianto fotovoltaico rendendola a basso impatto ambientale. Il rustico si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata.
