The private bath is new and sparkling clean. Park in the driveway and let yourself in with a keypad lock. The owner uses the main house as a 2nd residence and may be staying on-site. There is an additional guest suite in the detached garage. Patio area is shared by both listings. Centrally located!!

Recently renovated & newly furnished cottage is just 2 blocks from the beach and has all the charm and amenities for your next vacay or quick getaway. Close to the beach & only a stones throw from many restaurants, clubs and attractions. Love to cook? We have a HUGE mod kitchen with counter high barstools & a propane grill outside for BBQ. When entertaining at home there's an 82" Smart TV in the living room and Smart TVs in both bedrooms. ( no cable but lg asst of channels)

Centrally located on the island, it is just a few minutes drive to all of Galveston's major attractions. Recently remodeled it is set up for the perfect stay away from home. The apartment is located on the side of the main house with off-street parking and a private gate/entrance to access the apartment. Self check-in after 3:00pm with coded door lock.

Whether traveling for business or pleasure, you will have all you need here.

Pets are accepted but require a non-refundable 85 pet fee payable at check-in. All stainless steel appliances. Lounge in the backyard or enjoy the front porch and ocean breezes. My place is close to the beach and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
