We had a fantastic stay at Squires Estate with our two boys (7 and 4). The apartment was very spacious and clean. Welcome snacks and wine were a nice treat. The location was great for the various activities we had planned. Restaurants in Governor’s Harbour were plentiful and many were even walkable. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Our stay in Exuma was truly exceptional. The property exceeded our expectations—better than the pictures, super clean, and meticulously maintained. Our host, Terecita, was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions immediately, making our experience even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, Terecita is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Exuma and can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful time at Marvin & Michael ‘s place.They are so warm hearted and let us to check out whenever we wanted to.The bathroom is new and clean and they prepared beach towels for us.Spanish wells is spectacular,we will definitely come back here again!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Nassau! From the moment we inquired before our trip, the hosts were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and helpful—making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The unit itself was exactly as pictured and exactly what we were hoping for—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. It’s located on the west side of the island, close to beautiful Love Beach, and perfectly situated for exploring. One of the best parts was the easy access to public transportation. The property is just steps away from the main road, making it super convenient to hop on a local bus to reach anywhere we wanted to go across the island. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Nassau!

What a wonderful stay! The pool and semi-private beach access made for a wonderful week with our toddlers. The ease of walking right out to the water and back in to refuel or rest made for a perfect time. The outdoor patio equipped with sand toys and other extras was a favorite hangout spot when trying to find some shade. Pool was warm and beach water was calm most days. The onsite personnel kept the place tidy and even cleaned the beach each morning. Pictures of the place were just as described. Wonderful stay — our kids are already itching to go back!!

This was a great location for me, my wife, and our two boys (ages 5 and 7). Vernette was incredibly helpful with any questions we had and went above and beyond by providing us with complimentary food, snacks, and drinks—very kind and generous Her property is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with keypad-gated entry. We rented a car for the trip, and the location made it super easy to get to Paradise Island, all the beaches, and downtown Nassau. The large private pool was perfect for our 5-year-old, who's still learning to swim—one side is shallow enough for him to feel safe (and after a week, he was almost a pro!). The deeper end was a hit with our 7-year-old, who loved showing off with jumps and dives. We took full advantage of the kitchen and outdoor grill—it was great to be able to cook and enjoy some meals at home. I'd highly recommend Vernette's house if you're planning an extended stay in Nassau and are looking for something quieter and more private than the big island resorts

We had a wonderful 9-day stay at this amazing house in Nassau. It’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with easy access and parking. We rented a car and had no trouble exploring the area. Any questions we had were quickly and kindly addressed. On our first day, we had a bit of trouble accessing the house, but it was resolved promptly. Thank you for everything!

I had a wonderful stay! The space was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully cared for, which made for a peaceful and relaxing experience. The house was great with amazing water views and access. It is an older home but is clean and overall, taken care of. Homes on the water can take a beating from the weather/conditions. Ocean views, water access, water side pool, 5 bedrooms and all the water toys (snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle board) for this price is a great value. We had a party of 8 and the house was more than large enough. The outdoor area was great, with several different areas to hang out. The bulkhead was in great condition and was an amazing place to take in the sunrise/sunsets (in April). Fany and Lou were great and the communication was exceptional. They were kind, informative and helpful. They were forth coming when things weren't working (the hot tub stopped working after our booking) and they reached out immediately to inform us if there were any changes to the property. As others have mentioned, this isn't a brand new, renovated property, but the value is great. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about this rental. From the lovely woman, Barbara, who picked us up at the airport and helped get us settled, to the amazing location. The home was plenty spacious for our family of 5. The condo was in great condition and they had plenty of towels, linens, and extras such as paddle boards and floaties for the pools. The property was amazing. There are two swimming pools, a small dock, a seating area right on the water and a small beach. We never had issues finding chairs to sit on by the water and all the other guests at the property were extremely nice. We will definitely be staying there again!

We absolutely loved staying at April’s place for the week. We were able to check off everything on our to do list based on the fantastic location of the property. Looking forward to hopefully visiting again next year!

Perfect! Cobalt Cottage was everything and more! We loved every moment we spent inside the cottage. Our kids enjoyed catching hermit crabs and playing on the slide / swings! The screened in porch was the place to be, and was so peaceful. Adrian, the property manager, was so helpful and made sure we knew where to go and how to get there; he even help set up a boating experience, it was amazing. It was nice having him close by, always ready to help if needed! We felt safe the entire time, and everyone on the island were so nice. We used Chad and Hope’s guide a lot, it was so helpful and informative. Everything we did was based on this guide and it did not steer us wrong! We will definitely be back; our kids (4, 7, 10) were so sad to leave, so were we!

Abby's place was clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and felt like home away from home. The condo and beach were beautiful and everything was exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend to others and stay there again!

This condo was really comfortable and the location was good. Kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful and we saw a few interesting things while snorkeling. There is a nice restaurant by the pool area and there is a shuttle to the grocery store. You can walk to Port Lucaya marketplace where there are restaurants, shops and you can rent a scooter or car.

This is our third day with Arjet, everything was great and we would definitely stay again. Beds super comfy and air-conditioning works great, great view of the bay!

This cozy apartment is located in a private resort with private beach and a restaurant with delicious food. The apartment itself was consistent with the photos, very clean, cozy and with all the necessary amenities and much much more, we literally felt at home there. The hosts are very nice, communicative and helpful. If I ever visit Freeport again I will definitely choose this apartment. I highly recommend it!

This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

Very nice place is exactly as the pictures show. The pool was very peaceful all times of day. The restaurant nearby was amazing. The beach is right up the road. If you’re going to stay make sure you use guide book. The affordable taxi guy Darrieus was amazing he was very informative and has great knowledge of the island. Will definitely book again.

Had a great stay. Vinisha was helpful and flexible with our changing schedule. Comfortable bed and fully functional and clean bathrooms and kitchen. Would definitely return and recommend
