Such a nice house to stay especially, for a family or a group of ten people . The neighborhood is pretty safe as there will always be a security check before someone comes into the area(community house). We can walk or ride a bicycle to 7/11 nearby , which is quite easy to find food. The host is very responsive and helpful in helping to find the taxi for us. I would definitely recommend this house if you have a big family or a group of friends joining you to Thailand.

I had a great stay here and felt right at home immediately. Communication with Mintie was excellent and a few small issues with the kitchen after checking in were handled quickly and thoroughly. I like to cook and saw that there was no stove. Mintie's dad brought a little electric burner to me within a couple hours of my arrival. The superhost status is well deserved! The bedroom is cozy but has some good storage space. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom has a great walk-in shower. The other reviews are accurate - this is a great condo/apartment. The building staff are friendly and kind. There is a little restaurant next to the building entrance called Tree House. Highly recommended! I will mention that the area surrounding the condo is a weird mix of industrial, commercial and residential. The driveway is off a very busy street and the sidewalks in both direction are fairly narrow. The Yaek Nonthaburi 1 MRT is about 8 minutes walk and Owl Market is 12 to 15 minutes away.

The host was very responsive. The check-in was very smooth. The place was as indicated and clean, without clutter. The place is quiet. All the amenities in the room worked well. The place was close to the MRT. It took me about a 10-minute walk. The laundry was easy to use. The cheap potable water for drinking was very convenient. There are a few 7-11s available and one directly opposite the condo. This was also very convenient. Grab was also very effective even for a non-thai speaking person. The major mall in this area is also located only an MRT stop away. The mall has a wide selection of places to eat (thai/non-thai), supermarket etc. One negative is because of the location of the condo relative to the heart of the city. One would have to spend a good 1 - 1.5 hrs on the MRT/BTS to get to town.

Very nice condo close to DMK and the SkyTrain 🚆. There is a big mall by the train station platform. This unit is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the train which you can use to access the entire city. Condo is immaculate has everything in good order. Very clean with very good sheets and towels. Hot water works well and has good pressure. WiFi and air con work well as do all the other appliances including the washing machine. You can easily dry clothes quickly on the balcony drying racks. You don’t really need air con always as the breeze comes in through the patio door when open but there are 2 air con units one in the bedroom and one in the living room that work very well. The building has good security, amenities (pool and gym) and is quiet. The host is really nice and professional. She always explained things very well and answered my messages promptly. She helped me with information about getting around the city and even allowed me to check out later since I had a night flight :)

My stay at this place was as pleasant as It could get. The host is super host in true sense. Always responding to messages, friendly and helpful, even if it is not related to your stay he will try to help you with his best. The condo was clean and all amenities mentioned in the listing were provided. In fact we asked for induction cooktop and he arranged it specially for us. Facilities of the building is even better than some 5 star hotels. Infinity edge pool at 56th floor is mesmerising. Gym was well equipped and sky lounge was a great spot to work. I will surely book this airbnb again.

Our second time at Morgan place. Still awesome! Live this place, the bed is amazing sleep so good. Very clean, bot shower, great pool. Near a market 2 minutes walk. Great food at night and 5 minuts to central. 7/11 Morgan is an very great and awesome host.

Die Unterkunft und vor allem der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn! Wanlop ist extrem freundlich und antwortet sofort auf Nachrichten, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. In der Nähe ist alles was man braucht, im Ergeschoss befindet sich ein 7 11 und direkt neben dem Gebäude ist ein Food Market. Ich würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen!

Many thanks. Perfect accommodation if you want to be in western Bangkok. The property has everything you could want for a pleasant everyday life. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There are plenty of common social spaces, for example, working and workshopping remotely and also a gym/pool which I used a lot. Here you live close to a good shopping mall and skytrain if you want to go into the city.

位置：房源位于粉线地铁站旁边，想要去市区的景点坐地铁粉线换绿线差不多一小时左右，如果是一周及以上的旅行长度并且人数大于两人的旅客非常适合这个房源。 房间设备：房间设备非常齐全，厨房备有冰箱微波炉和烧水壶，还有杯碟碗盘等餐具。 唯一的瑕疵是两个卫生间的水压都很低，洗手池不能用，都是在厨房的水槽解决洗漱问题。两个卫生间的淋浴只有外面的淋浴可以出热水，希望后续可以改进一下。 房间卫生：总体的卫生都比较整洁，尤其需要表扬的是床铺的卫生，非常整洁干净。浴巾也很柔软干净。对于旅客而言干净的的床铺安全的睡眠是最重要的。这点可以完全信任房东。 服务：每次遇到问题的时候，房东都会给予及时的回复，我非常感谢这一点，这是个非常好的房东。 总体而言这是一个性价比非常高的住宿，非常适合一家人入住。

This is a fantastic spot to stay while exploring the greater Bangkok area. It is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were professional and attentive. Overall strongly recommended. If I have the opportunity again; I would like to stay there again. I personally drove a car; however, there are public transportation options available to get to this location, highly convenient.

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

Nous avons pris ce logement pour 3 personnes pour un séjour de 16 jours. Ce logement est excentré du centre de Bangkok ce qui permet un peu d'éviter les nuisances sonores du centre. Nous avons étaient très bien accueillis à l'accueil et notre hôte a était très réactif a nos questions. Ce logement était très propre, nous avons eu aucun problème avec celui-ci. Une superette 7-eleven est disponible à 2-3 min à pied du logement. Si vous avez loué une voiture, vous ne pourriez peut-être pas la rentré complètement sur la place de parking et fermer le portail. En somme, c'est un excellent logement au niveau qualité/prix avec un accueil de ses hôtes irréprochables.

First of all: beautiful house. Even better in real life than in pictures. Clean, spacious, everything you need. Just perfect. The pool is incredible, perfect for a cool down. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, AC’s everywhere to cool the house in no time. Surroundings feel really secure. There are three security gates to arrive at the house. For example: at arrival the keys were just hanging by the door. Perfect! We would recommend to hire a car. Once you get used to it, traffic is less daunting than we thought it would be. We drove downtown (in half an hour) to see the reclining Buddha. There are cheap parkings with lots of space right in the neighborhood. If you don’t like to drive you can always take the public transport. There is a large shopping mall, just a 15 min drive away to buy groceries, street food… And then the host, Tanyanat: Friendly, kind and very helpful all the way. Unbelievably quick in responses. Very happy with her as our host.
