Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Welcome to the Coastal Town of San Leon, a hidden treasure tucked away right on the Gulf. With this new build home, you can enjoy the water view, on any of our 3 porches. In the mood for fishing, take a short walk down the street and drop your line in the Galveston Bay. Drive 10 minutes to the famous Kemah Boardwalk. Have dinner at the trendy Pier 6 restaurant, 2 miles away. Or, take a short drive to Galveston (25 minutes away). This growing coastal city has so much for you to do.

Riverside getaway between Houston & Galveston

Riverside Manor is a peaceful retreat outside of Houston, just 15 min from NASA and Galveston island. This self enclosed Guest suite has a private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette (no full stove). Exit through the kitchenette straight down to the river, where you can relax around the fire pit, fish in the Bayou or paddle a kayak (or 3). Property is raised up amongst the trees, surrounded by nature and peace. Can sleep 4 but best suited for one couple, families or 3 close friends.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

We also provide dishes for your takeout. Smart Tv. WiFi also makes this the perfect spot to social distance and work on vacation if needed. Tables by couch for eating or work. Though backyard is shared with guests from front house it is very lush and has multiple sitting spaces for your own privacy.

Cozy barn apartment on a lovely small farm, secluded and quiet in the country. Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.
