There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

It is only 11 miles from Galveston Island. Bring mosquito spray as it’s on the waterfront.
