Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnen wunderbare Waldwege. 3 Strandbäder und ein Erlebnisbad mit Sauna befinden sich fussläufig ca. 1,5 km entfernt. Im Dorf gibt es einen hervorragenden Bäcker und einen Dorfladen. Eine urige Schmalspurdampflock hat eine Haltestelle im Dorf. Kletterfelsen 500m entfernt. Im Winter sind das bestens präparierte Loipennetz, sowie kleine Abfahrtshänge in ca. 25 min zu erreichen

Welcome to this lovely flat in the middle of the green heart close to Dresden. You can use the fully equipped 60 square metres to recover from the hustle and bustle or to visit the wonderful old town of Dresden which is just 20 driving minutes away. Especially in the winter season Dresden attracts visitors with the world famous “Dresden Striezelmarkt”. If you prefer to escape from the city the Elbe sandstone mountains are reachable in just 45 minutes to hike, climb or simply enjoy the nature.

-Anfang 2024 haben wir für unsere Gäste neu renoviert und gemütlich gestaltet - Unsere ca. 40 m² große Nichtraucher- Ferienwohnung ist für 2-3 Personen. - Sie hat einen separaten Eingang und eine ruhige Sonnenterrasse. - Im großen Wohn- / Schlafraum befinden sich ein großes Doppelbett, eine Schlafcouch, ein großer Sessel und Sat-TV. - Die kleine moderne Küchenzeile bietet alle Möglichkeiten der Selbstverpflegung. - Das Bad ist mit Glasdusche, Fußbodenheizung und Föhn.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Flat near the castle

Large flat is placed in the city center, it´s a perfect point to set off to anywhere you want. It is 4 floor without lift in old house. At distanc to 500m there are several good restaurants, supermarket, caffei, information center, public tranasport, Děčín´s castle, gardens and big madow where you can relax. Just 5 minutes walk and you can try famous Děčín´s via ferrata with more then 10 ways up. Equipment for via ferrata adventure you can rent near there.

Ferienwohnung m. Almhütte im schönen Erzgebirge

Eine Erdgeschosswohnung mit besonderem Erholungseffekt. Die über 50m² große Wohnung bietet alles was man für ein paar Tage/Wochen zum abschalten benötigt. Der Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer trägt hierbei zur gemütlichen Stimmung am Abend bei. Als kleine Besonderheit zählt unsere Almhütte direkt im Garten unseres Grundstückes. In der Nähe liegen viele gute Aussichtsplattformen, von der man einen wunderbaren Ausblick über Teile des Osterzgebirges einsehen kann.

Wohnung am Reiterhof

Wunderschöne neue Ferienwohnung auf dem Land. Große eigene Terasse mit Sitz- und Grillmöglichkeit. Die Unterkunft ist neben einem Reiterhof, im Nachbarort gibt es ein großes Freibad und in 20 Minuten ist man in der sächsischen Schweiz oder auch im wunderschönen Dresden. Es besteht die Möglichkeit einer zusätzlichen Aufbettung. Da ich Physiotherapeutin bin, können sie nach Absprache auch spezielle Massagen buchen. Wir freuen uns auf ihren Besuch!

Flat in the center of the town under Via ferrata

This flat is situated near the center of Decin - just 1.2km from the train station and only 700m from the main square, 200m under the gorgeous view - Pastyrska stena with a popular Via ferrata. Near the flat there is a rental shop for bicycles, boats and via ferrata equipment. Across the river Elbe there is Decin Castle and a platform for a shuttle steamboat to Hrensko, which is the turistic center of Bohemian Switzerland National Park.

Ubytovací část je situovaná v 1. patře restaurace. K dispozici 2 apartmány o celkovém počtu 5 lůžek (možno rozšířit kapacitu na 10 osob) Oba apartmány jsou po celkové rekonstrukci- vybaveny stylovým dřevěným nábytkem. Mají vlastní koupelnu, WC a plně vybavenou kuchyň. V každém apartmánu je TV a trezor. Oba apartmány mají společenskou místnost. V pokojích i ve společenské místnosti je kouření zakázáno.
