We also provide you with a private parking space in the back alleyway. East Nashville is a laid-back, artsy section of Music City. This historic district is a hub of arts, local music, award-winning dining, boutique shopping, and craft beer. Head across the river to experience all the nearby downtown attractions. Lyft, Uber, Bird and Lime are all cheap and easy modes or travel. East Nashville is also very walkable with a grocery store, post office, coffee shop, restaurants, and more within a block or two.

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

The Gulch and downtown areas are 6-8 minutes away.

As natural light pours through tall windows and skylights, the Gwyneth is the perfect space for an intimate Nashville getaway with a girlfriend or partner, or an inspirational solo retreat. For both safety and cleanliness reasons, the space is not considered suitable for pets or children.
