Very welcoming and friendly host. Felt right at home. Room was spacious and comfortable. I slept very well. Nice private house in a safe and clean neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

We had the most relaxing and peaceful stay at Debbie’s place! This was our 2nd out of state move out for our college student and it was so stress free and we felt like we were right home. Debbie and her pup are the sweetest and the hospitality was unmatched! The apartment was so clean and immaculate and felt SO safe, plus the neighborhood is beautiful! Beds are the best and so comfortable, and there was absolutely nothing we needed - Debbie had everything and more - from sweet homemade treats, to the best stocked kitchen and refrigerator! I wish we could have stayed a few more nights and we will definitely be back in the fall for move in 🖤💛⚓️! Thankful for this hidden treasure!!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful! The tile walk in shower in the master bedroom is absolutely gorgeous, very well done. The cabin is in a beautiful location and it’s very quiet. My day was exceptional.

We had such a nice time there for the weekend, wish we could stayed a week! They were super friendly + helpful, as well as very responsive! Will definitely stay here again! Breakfast was nice too, many options! Just overall loved our stay here, peaceful, serene, awesome views, pretty quiet to be 20 mins from downtown Nashville! Highly recommended!!

We were a bit skeptical about staying in someone's home and having the entrance go thru their kitchen. After arriving and meeting Marie we felt right at home. It was as if we were part of her family. The place was very clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. The area felt safe! Would definitely stay with Marie again if in the Nashville area.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect place for two. The attached room with amenities was also thoughtful. The views were spectacular and it was easily accessible to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the National Park. We would happily stay again.

We had an amazing stay. The house brings you back in time. It was incredibly clean and the property is beautiful. The host, Linda, was available at all times to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing we had to complain about, which is not Linda’s fault in any way, was the fact that the neighbor has multiple dogs that bark so much. It took away from the enjoyment of the backyard. Regardless, we were able to enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful Nashville stay.

Staying in the Inn is like stepping into a Hallmark movie!! Beautiful space and a delicious and pretty plated breakfast!! They are such thoughtful hosts you won’t want to leave!

The Belmont Inn is full of charm and history. We loved our experience so much! Best part was the continental breakfast with original crystal and plates. So creative and thoughtful. Linda was sweet enough to blow the fall leaves from our car upon departure. Would stay again. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable accommodations, and Jackie and Julie are great hosts! They made us feel at home, and were very helpful with recommendations for local eating places (even providing plates and utensils for eating takeout pizza!). We'd definitely return there if we find ourselves in the Clifton area again.

Very nice and peaceful place! Rooms were very nice and cozy! Raymond and Sharon gave us their recommendations for the nature areas nearby and eating places in Nashville downtown area were very helpful and we enjoyed a lot visiting them!

Miss Maggie was very friendly and she made the best breakfast trays each morning, delivered right to our door! The place is fairly new and everything is clean and uncluttered. The kitchen area had everything we needed. The spacious property would be a great to have family come and visit. My husband even saw deer out in the yard early in the morning while we were there. This place is very peaceful and secluded so if you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place.

Loved staying at this antebellum style home! Variety of antiques everywhere were interesting. Harlan was very friendly & made delicious breakfasts, including scratch biscuits. Loved the peaceful country setting, including deer, squirrels, birds & butterflies. Not far from town, where we enjoyed supper at Western Sirloin steakhouse. Mini fridge with waters, chocolates & flowers in room were very nice too! Harlan was so nice, he lit the firepit for us, but we didn’t get back in time to enjoy it. We enjoyed relaxing on the upstairs patio. Bed was comfy & shower pressure was good. His little fur baby Rocky was so sweet & cute too! Glad I found Harlan’s B & B on here! Easy to find & clear instructions to check in. Definitely recommend his place!

Great stay! Very comfortable bed, fancy toilet, nice backyard. The dogs definitely bark whenever they're out, but wasn't a big deal for us. Nice neighborhood too!

Beautiful AirBnB space with goodies (popcorn, candies & soda). My family and I felt right at home with the peaceful fireplace and movie night we had. The house seems to be sound proof, because it was raining and train horns would go by and inside you couldn’t hear the train. The backyard has a pond, fire pit and swing. Kimberly is very responsive and proactive with useful tips instructions everywhere. Did I mention she has a s’mores kit and burner for s’mores when it’s wet outside. We would definitely love to stay here again and would recommend to any traveling family.

This is a beautiful place to stay with wonderful hosts! It was quiet and the breakfast was delicious! Shelley is a wonderful host and Jonas always answered quickly when we had questions. We would definitely recommend and will stay again in the future!

Wonderful host family! They were friendly, kind, generous & helpful. They respected my privacy. Under amenities is says: “Paid washer & dryer” but this was not available upon request. It’s described as a “Room in a bed & breakfast” but no breakfast was included or offered. Listed in the house rules, after you place reservations, it says “breakfast offered for $15” but nothing was offered. I did not feel comfortable using any of the other rooms (kitchen, living rooms) as the doors were closed & the host family was home, but that has to do with my own comfort level. Also, it said “no cooking allowed” under house rules (after you reserve the room) but in the listing description it says that a kitchen is available for cooking. There is a sweet cat & quiet dog on the premises. The home is immaculate & perfectly decorated. I cannot say enough nice things about the host family! I would definitely recommend them & stay again myself if I’m ever back in the area. Worth the stay!!!

Very clean cabins with great amenities such as complimentary coffee with cream and sugar, popcorn, soft drinks and ice. we enjoyed our stay. The staff was super proactive ans helpful. We felt at home.

Audrey and Eddie were outstanding hosts. They were most accommodating to our late arrivals both on Friday night and Saturday night. They have a beautiful home and their place was immaculate. Audrey prepared an amazing breakfast and we got to know them more on a personal level eating breakfast with them. I would highly recommend Staying with them. They are both very down to earth people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay last weekend. We will definitely look to stay with them again when in the Knoxville area in the future.

Can't begin to explain how amazing our stay was. Valerie and Tracey made us feel right at home, the kids couldn't contain their excitement and did not want to leave. This was our first time staying with a host and couldn't have been more pleasant of a stay. Tracey was great with the kids explaining all the animals and showing them how to feed them. Winston, Hank and Bentley were always excited to greet us and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend any locations hosted by Tracey and Valerie to everyone!
