Fresh eggs from our hens plus ingredients to cook yourself pancakes for breakfast! Or treat yourself to egg brekkie instead. Super quiet and private for a relaxing good night sleep on a firm bed with optional extra blankets and pillows. The self-contained guesthouse is adjacent to our home and contains everything you might need. Self check-in means you may not even meet us but we're available when required. Free off-street parking. Oakham Cottage - English style gardens, Geraldine.

Our lovely 2-bedroom cottage is situated on a large section surrounded by beautiful English style gardens. The gardens are well established, have beautiful hedges, flower beds and wildlife. We have a private outdoor area which has a BBQ and outdoor furniture so you can enjoy comfortable outdoor living. The cottage was redecorated in July 2025. The cottage has a heat pump. It's an easy a 1-minute car journey into the centre of Geraldine, or a 15-minute flat walk.

Come and enjoy a stay on our beautiful lavender and olive farm, with breathtaking mountain views. The Barn has 1 queen-sized bed, 1 sofa bed and private bathroom. Country Cabin

The warm and cosy cabin is a self contained unit detached from the main house, with BBQ, private deck and restful native garden. You will have your own access/key and off road parking. Our place is great for couples. On navman route, we are 2 hours from Christchurch and 4 hours to Queenstown. Only 1 hour from Mt Hutt ski field and 1 hour from Mt Dobson ski field. Aoraki Mount Cook is 2 hours distance and Tekapo is 1 hour.

The Loft is a stand alone unit above the carport. It has a Queen size bed and a sofa bed the can sleep an additional two people. The bathroom has a spacious shower with a good hot water supply. The Loft has a good WiFi connection and a TV with all the Freeview channels. The ingredients for a rich continental breakfast will be delivered to you which you can prepare in the kitchenette and enjoy at your leisure.
