This semi-detached house is brand new and offers plenty of space as well as a wonderful view on the mountains. It is a new construction with upscale amenities. There are three bedrooms with double beds, a very large living area with eat-in kitchen and terrace, a gallery, a large bathroom with bathtub, double sink and walk-in shower. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet.

Many excursion destinations can be reached by public transport or by car. This can be parked in the free car park directly at the accommodation.

Unser toller Garten am Waldrand, mit Vogelgezwitscher und den Schafen auf der Weide nebenan, mit Blick auf die Berge ist Erholung pur. Sie erreichen uns am besten mit dem Auto. Das Appartment befindet sich im Keller. Putzmittel und Desinfektionsmittel sind da. Ein Fahrradweg führt rund um den Waginger und Tachinger See den wärmsten See Bayerns. Die Heidewanderung mit dem Moorsee ist nur einen Kilometer entfernt.

Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.
