Situated in a quiet residential area only a 5-10 minute walk from the park, beach and village centre. Bed linen, towels and basic first necessities are provided. We are pleased to welcome you with refreshments on your arrival and hope you enjoy your stay.

Maximum Occupancy 2 persons (sorry no children). No pets.

A Victorian mid terraced house in Teignmouth, South Devon. Renovated to a high standard. A spacious accommodation which includes a living dining room. kitchen, separate utility room. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property is in a ideal location, only 3 mins walk to the town centre, 10 mins walk to the sea front, 7 mins walk to Teignmouth Train Station, 15 mins walk to Shaldon. We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.
