This luxurious detached barn is located near countryside & beaches & boasts a roaring wood burner (perfect for those snuggly winter evenings), private drive & free parking for 2 vehicles. The emphasis here is on amazing views, luxury, privacy & relaxation.

"The Shed" with a view

The Shed sits on large lawn at Yarningale. Views are amazing. Ideal space for a holiday for one.Fridge, microwave, and kettle, with some basic cutlery/crockery . Canopy on summerhouse with a patio heater, should the weather be a little chilly ! Picnic bench on patio, guests are able to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Toilet and shower short walk to the house. WIFI available in shed. Note the shed has an electricity £1 /£2 coin meter, Please ensure you bring, change with you.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

This beautiful, spacious garden studio is hidden away in a private, leafy and secluded garden, screened off by beautiful trees and shrubs. It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

It offers the perfect romantic get-away and a great base for walking, exploring or relaxing. Downstairs is full of character with a bespoke wooden staircase, cosy log burner with unlimited logs provided, quality corner sofa bed, stylish kitchen and shower room.

The Cabin is a perfect destination for a relaxing, romantic, peaceful getaway located close to Haldon Forest. With its own private entrance, parking and garden the cabin is situated over a brook with enclosed decking area and wood fired hot tub. Open plan studio accommodation comprises of a king sized bed, sitting area, shower room, kitchen with 2 burner hob, microwave, coffee machine and larder fridge (no freezer). Use of dressing gowns and hot tub towels are also included.
