My daughter & I had a wonderful relaxing break , everything was perfect & the hot tub was lovely . We had my daughter’s dog Bella with us who loved the woods & fields with easy access from the back gate . We really appreciated the fully enclosed garden. The area is absolutely stunning with easy roads compared to Cornwall . The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom had a beautiful rainfall shower . Iveta gave very clear instructions . We would love to come back in the future to explore the area more , thank you Iveta for sharing your beautiful peaceful home & the lovely basket of treats .

We have had a fantastic few days away celebrating my birthday. The cottage is beautiful with everything you need. Comfy bed & sofa & the hot tub was fabulous! We will definitely be back

We loved our stay at Miranda’s place! It was clean, the views were stunning & she was extremely responsive and helpful. Thankful for this wonderful spot for some time with family!

The surroundings were lovely and a large enclosed garden was great for the dog and our 3 children. we had many a happy night in the hot tub. Lots of things for the kids to play with. We drove to all the local beaches would say most things are within an hour's drive and would recommend watermouth castle as a day out if you have kids!

A beautifully kept cottage with plenty to do within walking distance, friendly locals, and an unlimited amount of nature to explore. Ceri and Daniel are great hosts, and clearly care about their guests! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, would highly recommend.

A perfect place for a few days' relaxing, break in an idyllic setting. Amongst the places I've stayed for holidays & short breaks it was one of the best with many thoughtful touches, such as tissues in every room & welcoming bread, eggs & cider from their cider business. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Barns Cottage was great, would recommend and certainly a place we will come back to. Great for kids and the location was perfect. Perry was a great host, informative, helpful and responsive with any questions or queries we had before and during our stay.

We had a delightful peaceful stay at the Old Tractor Shed. The place was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfy and the bath in particular was lovely. We enjoyed the local farm shop and livestock in the surrounding fields! A great little getaway in the countryside.

Having booked holiday accommodation around the world for decades, we can honestly report that Fish Cottage rates amongst the very best. Blissfully peaceful, extremely well equipped, stacked with books and, served with good broadband, set in a fabulously planted garden and - glory of glories - no TV. Who could conceivably wish for more?

We had a lovely Easter Weekend, with the house ticking all the boxes! It is fully equipped with everything you need and the best distance we’ve ever had to the local pub!! It was about a 25 minute drive to Lyme Regis and a great location for exploring the area! Alison’s communication was extremely quick throughout our stay and the check in was really clear and simple. Would definitely recommend a stay here ☺️

We loved this cottage. It was close to the centre but it’s position made it feel tucked away from the main village. We loved the views and the feeling of spaciousness that looking down across the village gave us. We loved the cosy living room and the log burning effect gas fire was very realistic. The larder was very convenient for extra storage as we cooked every evening we stayed. We hope to come and stay again.

Amazing location at heart of Braunton, had everything we needed for an adventure stay in Devon. Near great surf, good restaurants and still everything at home that you need to bbq great produce in a sun trap garden. Would definitely come again!

Kristina’s cottage is fantastic! Great location in Kilmington, we used it as a base for Lyme Regis/Charmouth, Hive Beach and for seeing family over in central Devon. Very clean and charming cottage that was surprisingly spacious. Everything we needed was provided, we hugely appreciated the little touches like a pint of milk to get us going and delicious scones with jam and cream, these were very thoughtful. These would elevate Kristina’s stay from 5 stars to 6 stars if we could 😊 We definitely recommend Khushi Kitchen (just round the corner from the cottage), we thought this was absolutely brilliant and tasted amazing too. We will be back very soon to stay here again, and will definitely be recommending it on to friends and family. Thank you so much Kristina 😊

Spotlessly clean hideaway. So peaceful yet minutes walk from the centre of Dawlish. Completely safe walled garden for the dogs. Train station 5min away, great coastal scenery in all directions. Nice walk to Dawlish Warren and plenty of places to eat and drink. 3 generations and suited us all. Would highly recommend.

We had such a great time at Caroline’s cottage, the location is stunning and the cottage felt immediately like home. Caroline has thought of everything and it’s the little touches which really made our stay, fresh local milk in the fridge, lovely soaps, shower gels etc. Extra rugs and a spare lead for our dog, and even a bat detector which our son really enjoyed. Overall a fab experience, we’ll definitely be coming back

The beds here are amazing! Blackout blinds in the room made sure everyone had a good sleep. We had a toddler with us and a stair gate was provided for the steep steps to keep her safe. I would say that the garden isn’t particularly toddler safe due to more steep steps, so we couldn’t really use it. However this wasn’t a problem as the house is so ideally located with hundreds of beautiful places on your doorstop

Communication with Mark was great. The house is really lovely, as described, and the oak extension is great. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and our 3 year old grandchild slept well in the peace and quiet. Thank you Mark.... we definitely would like to return.

Absolutely stunning cottage, with everything required ready for us. Coffees, chocolates and Prosecco were a lovely welcome. Rooms were spotless, what a kitchen!!! And the bathroom- what can I say!!!!!! I wish I could have this at home!!! Garden/ hot tub were lovely, and the log burner in the living room was magical in the evening. Would highly recommend and would definitely book here again.

We had a lovely stay at Kirsten’s place. It is a very nice lodge/cottage with plenty of space for four, although there was only the two of us. It’s conveniently located to explore north Devon. We really enjoyed cycling the Tarka Trail which is traffic free. Kirsten was very responsive and provided all the information required for our stay.

Had a wonderful stay. Nicola is a wonderful, warm and friendly host and was incredibly thourghful and helpful. The cottage is just stunning - in terms of facilities, location and design. Felt as home as soon as walked through the door. Nicola really has thought of everything you could need. Thank you both so much for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic stay in Brixham. The cottage was lovely. Very clean and had everything we needed. The host Veronica went out of her way to make sure everything was OK. Highly recommend a stay here. Thanks again. Steve

fantastic host and great place to stay with a group, the host and co host are always on hand to help. I would recommend for anyone and definitely stay again.

Just had an amazing 5 days at East Underdown , renting all 3 cottages for a 60th birthday taking all the family ( 6 adults and 8 children 17yr-4yrs) . After a lovely welcome from Sue and Bob we settled in to our cottages that were spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need . The kids were straight in the pool which even had inflatables for them to enjoy . The adults enjoyed the sauna . Out the back of the pool was a big enclosed field with a football net and footballs . The games room was well equipped and the kids spent hours enjoying. The BBQ’s were set up with charcoal and ready to use . Can’t think of one negative, a wonderful time was had by all .

We can’t fault our stay at Jasmine Cottage - it was everything we could have hoped for & more! It was the perfect stay for our little family & we have already said we can’t wait to come again. The location was ideal, close by to many South Devon tourist spots, & it was great to get away from the hustle & bustle on a night in this cosy cottage. We honestly loved every second of it so thank you Tina for a fabulous holiday!
