We had a short but also lovely stay at Kristin’s place. It was large enough for all of us, and we had a comfortable stay. The location was good to explore Rotorua.

Everything about Greg and Ana's place was perfect for our trip to Rotorua. Set on the edge of a park with a gated section, easy Uber, drive or walk to town. From comfy beds and full kitchen to a private deck and spa this place is definitely recommend. Ana gave us a wonderful list of great restaurants and cafe's to choose from and we had a brilliant time at Poco Tapas & Wine. Thank you both for sharing your lovely home.

Mark’s AirBnB is an experience rather than a stay. Is a combination of coastal rural Nz right on the doorstep (short boat ride away) from a bustling town Raglan where there are 5 star restaurants, super markets and everything you would need or expect. And the accomodation itself is nestled on a cliff top with 180 views of the harbour and if Raglan. Private, the feeling of seclusion and neighbour free - the best of both worlds made better by a host that balances your needs with respectful distance. Make a pizza in the wood fired oven and then warm your bones in the spa boat and arching the harbour u til the sun melts away listening to birds evening song. We can’t wait to head back and hopefully catch the big uncle of the 12 lb snapper we caught in the raglan harbour!!! Outstanding place.

Environnement paisible, calme. La maison et les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine est ergonomique. La salle de bain est propre, nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'utiliser le spa.

What a fantastic place! We had the Easter long weekend here and had a lovely time. Place was perfect with great views of the lake, well kitted out and clean. The owners were extremely communicative. Would book here in a flash!

Wonderful stay at Matt and Lucy's. the home was well appointed with everything we needed. the pool and the spa was very good and we felt super relaxed and comfortable here. would happily recommend.

We had the most amazing stay at the Luxury Seaside Holiday Home in Waverley! The house is super spacious and was perfect for our group—plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. Having two kitchens and several bathrooms was such a bonus, especially with a big group. The location is just beautiful. It’s only a short walk to Waverley Beach, which has these incredible black sands—such a unique spot! We loved hanging out on the deck in the evenings, watching the sunset with a drink in hand, and the spa pool was the perfect place to unwind. There was so much to do in the house too—table tennis, darts, and loads of space for the kids to play. It really felt like a home away from home. The host was great—super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our getaway.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Kent and Lauren’s lovely home and loved its proximity to the beach and shops etc.Everything was perfect

This is a lovely space in a heritage villa. The outdoor spaces are exceptional; there are 2 impeccably clean bathrooms and everything you need to feel at home or to host.

We had a fantastic stay! The hot tub was ready and warm on arrival, which is a rare treat as it’s often an extra cost and slow to heat up elsewhere. The house was clean, tidy, and spacious, with hotel-quality linen and towels that made it feel more like a boutique stay than someone else’s home. The location is perfect. An easy walk to the town square with a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, and a playground for the kids. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing family getaway. Check-in was seamless and communication with Tania was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the batch. It was as clean and comfortable. Peaceful and such a beautiful position. Nastascha was friendly gave great advice and was available for help if we needed anything.

The most beautiful home. Space, style fully and equipped beyond many places I’ve stayed. Stunning, absolutely stunning location, you would never tire of the view. Hope to come again.

We stayed for a full week and used the house as a base to explore Nelson and surrounds, Havelock (where we took a boat into the Sounds and Blenheim / wineries. After a day exploring, and some days when we didn’t leave the house, we lapped up the views and quiet time - card games, reading, cooking, drinking great NZ wine. The sauna and wood fired hot tub was amazing especially when the skies were clear. The views are spectacular! The drive up the hill is as described (terrifying in the wild wind and rain we had!). Make sure you book a 4WD or an all wheel drive as NZ weather is famously unpredictable. Great hosts who thought of all the small touches and were super responsive.

We were only there to sleep but the place was immaculate, clean and exactly as described. I would recommend it to anyone wanting five very comfortable bedrooms in a quiet neighbourhood.

Great stay and not too far from mangawhai. The spa is a nice touch and the interior has that classic nz-bach aesthetic whilst still feeling modern. The kitchen is well-stocked for utensils and would comfortably fit four guests. There is a private dining cabin for up to 12 people on site that should be available soon. It will have an in house chef and would be a unique experience for those wanting to host a special dinner

Peaceful and private cabin with a lovely bath with great views. Very clean. Great for a night away. The cute chickens were a bonus! Warm for the cold nights.

We had the BEST girl’s getaway weekend here. The space was incredible, so many lovely touches. We particularly loved going to see the glow worms at night at the outdoor bath. We are already planning to come back :)

Idyllic little setting, beautiful place surrounded by nature. Walk into onetangi or up and along the footpath to the Heke, Postage Stamp and Tanatalus. Hut was perfect, loved the climb up to the bed and window looking out into the trees. Hot tub was such a treat, and there’s a gas bbq. Everything you need, would highly recommend! Hosts were communicative, really accommodating and flexible.

Really nice private cabin, very clean and tidy. The fireplace was ready for us to use, and the host provided milk, orange juice, bread, and eggs, which is great! The bathroom is incredible, huge bath tub and whilst the shower didnt look like the one pictured, it was still a massive shower with two shower heads! Bed was very comfortable, my partner and I didn't want to leave. Would definitely stay here again!

What a lovely place to stay! Everything is well thought out with awesome little touches of pleasant little surprises! If peaceful, with everything you need to be warm and comfortable- is what you are after - Annette and Weston have done a great job!

What an amazing piece of paradise! Modern and immaculate with everything you need for a private, peaceful and relaxing break. We will be back for sure and can’t recommend Hereford Cottage highly enough.
