Our stay was perfect. The place was just as the pictures show. It was very clean which is the first thing I look for as I am so picky on where I stay. Our unit on Madeira Beach was just as expected! Very clean and modern. There was some morning traffic noise but that was expected by reading the previous reviews, but it’s a great location! Easy access to John’s Pass/Hubbard’s Marina, restaurants and the beach! Our host was very responsive as well. If I was staying longer, laundry on-site would be great and more kitchen supplies too. Otherwise, everything was great! My son enjoyed using the PlayStation during downtime! 😉 Would definitely stay here again. 😃

John was fantastic! So friendly and helpful! The apartment was very cozy and comfortable! He had the a/c going when I arrived which I really appreciated! Super quiet neighborhood and easy to access. Would definitely stay again when I’m in town visiting my daughter and granddaughter!

Everything you read in the description is spot on. Honestly it was even BETTER than the description. Super clean and easy to communicate. The water park (usually $30 per per son day but INCLUDED in your stay) was a blast and the on site restaurant was terrific. The beach was literally a 6 minute walk. They also supplied everything you need for the beach. The room itself was great in that you had everything you would need for the week. Other bonus was the washer/dryer in the room. We give this host a space a 10/10!!! Highly recommend and would go again and again.

Lovely and quiet place, I stayed for 2 nights and it was everything I needed. I loved the neighborhood, the view was incredible. Nearby shops and restaurants were great.

These condos are so cute and clean! You don’t even need a car to stay here you are walking distance from the beach literally across the street. There’s a Walmart and a Publix a mile away and lots of shops and eating near by. The condos are clean comfortable and offer a lot of cool things. Like the extra room with all your beach needs and extra food and condiments! We’ve stayed here twice this summer and plan to continue to return back

We loved our stay at Tom’s place. He was an awesome host and extremely helpful. Perfect place to come back to. It is two flights of stairs if you are staying on top , which was fine for us.

Cascades place was terrific. Great location near restaurants, beautiful property and gorgeous sunsets. Chickens and kitty were just a bonus. would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect. Bibisch was extremely helpful and took care of everything I needed. I will definitely be back to stay for my next visit because it was so lovely and convenient, and the room is so clean and comfortable. I can't recommend staying here enough! Its so close to the beach and has a wonderful pool, and the location is fantastic for walking to everything. Be prepared for a lovely stay when you book this place 🥰

Room is very clean, and is close to a park. The studio like room gives a lot of privacy. A private small courtyard is a nice add on.

I had a very nice stay at this lovely little Airbnb. The place had everything I needed and was perfect for a solo trip or for couples looking for a peaceful getaway. It's located in a super calm area, which made it ideal for unwinding and recharging. The pool was just a short walk away and was always clean and well-maintained—a great bonus for relaxing in the sun. The host’s parents live next door and were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth both before and during the stay, which I really appreciated. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend it!

Cottage decor fit right in for the area. Ideal location - close to the Beaches, St. Petersburg and great restaurants. Her guidebook was very helpful and spot on. If we are in the area again, would definitely stay there.

As a group of women traveling, safety is always a priority when booking a stay. The neighborhood and area were quaint and quiet, and the apartment was the perfect landing spot after enjoying food and drinks in beautiful St. Pete. Thank you!

This is our second year at Rich's place. We love the layout of this unit. Nice and roomy with generous sized bedrooms. We love that we can entertain our guests in comfort. This unit is on the first floor so we really enjoyed having coffee on the patio and watching the golfers go past.
