We had a good stay in boutique house. The only thing is there is a stinky smell from one of the room that we don’t know from where it’s coming from. And the pool is kinda cloudy, we felt like it is not clean however the caretaker assures us that they change the water every 3 months. The caretaker is always available which is good and the ambiance is so homey.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Karlo’s place was spacious and exactly as described. Our toddler loved the playground and the pool, while our dogs enjoyed having a large area to roam around. Everything was clean and well-organized, and the room felt even more spacious in person. Overall, we had a wonderful stay — highly recommended for families with kids and pets.

The hosts were accommodating, gave clear instructions on going to the location, recommended places to go like malls and restos nearby. They made us feel like their place is our home too by constantly checking on us if we have any concerns or needs; They even surprised us with a welcome buko pie which is famous in Tagaytay. The rooms were cozy, the kitchen and dining was so spacious , bathrooms and other rooms were clean, the heated pool brought warmth to the kids while enjoying swimming and the basketball court was big as well where we had fun playing. Overall, our stay in their home was a wonderful experience despite of our short stay. I recommend this place because it is worth staying. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at May’s place. I really appreciate that Miss May go above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was indeed a memorable birthday for my son! We had a wonderful staycation! Phillip was a great host. He responded to our queries promptly and made us feel very welcome. He even surprised us with a box of Cecilia's buko pie, which was a thoughtful touch. My kids especially loved the heated pool, it was a definite highlight for them. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect bonding with family! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. That time kahit walang membership yung unit owner we were able to play tennis in the tennis court but we needed to pag 250 per pax - but very sulit! And very suki kami ng pool since we have kids with us. Will def come back again.

I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

The place is very beautiful! All amenities in the listing were provided. The place was very clean as well! The caretakers of the home were very responsive. Additionally , the address provided is accurate so we were able to arrive at the destination without any hassle. The wifi is fast even though there are multiple gadgets connected. Also, water flow is strong. However, one improvement might be the electricity. Sometimes, it fluctuates. I believe the caretakers mentioned that they are using solar power also, which is good, but maybe some workaround is good. The fluctuation is unnoticeable at times but happens several times a day. As recommendations, hoping that the mic gets fixed so we get a higher score haha! Also, if possible that the jacuzzi will have heater. Overall, the place is still 5 stars!

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

The house was nice, homey, spacious enough for our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Parking is just enough for 2-3 SUVs. We loved how conveniently located it was. We stayed for 3 nights. Too bad it rained during almost our entire stay so we really weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful view of the Taal lake, as well as the outdoor spaces such as the balcony and patio. But overall we had a nice, comfortable stay.

The airbnb host was very responsive and friendly to all of our inquiries. The staff, Kuya Renante, was also hospitable and kind. The location is great! It was easy navigating here and it’s just near good spots in Tagaytay. Lots of beds for a big family like us. Kitchen was equipped with sufficient items, making it easy to cook and dine. Definitely worth every penny! 💯

We had a wonderful stay during the Lenten Season from April 17-19! The place was clean, well-organized, and truly felt like a home away from home. My Family enjoyed every bit of it. All the details provided by the host were accurate and helpful. The location was very accessible and convenient- with a great variety of restaurants and grocery stored nearby. Even churches were within 10-20 minutes’ drive which was perfect for the season. On our 3rd day (checkout), there was a brief water interruption, but Ms Mabel and Kuya Kirk (the caretaker) responded quickly and arranged water delivery right away. We truly appreciate their prompt assistance! Highly recommended, and we’d love to stay here again!

We specifically used the house for wedding prep and it was just perfect 👌🏻 The house is very clean and homey. Rooms are spacious with cabinets and hangers provided. The surroundings/vicinity is very peaceful and secured. My family even wanted to extend our stay. The host/s were very friendly and responsive as well. The place looked really good on vids and pics taken on our wedding day. I'm really glad I found this!

Nice place to stay

We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at Marrian's lovely home for a third time! Each visit has been truly delightful, and this one was no exception. Marrian's hospitality is simply outstanding, and her brother, Ian, along with the friendly village guards, made us feel so welcome. Marrian went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an extra day, even though she had another booking coming in. We were incredibly grateful that she offered us the extra day free of charge! Words can't express how wonderful it is to stay in Marrian's home – it's a truly special place that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home! The location is peaceful and convenient, and the house itself is stunning. very clean, beautifully designed interiors, and so well-maintained. The pool was a great highlight, and the whole place had a relaxing, vacation-like vibe. We especially appreciated how fresh the linens were and how complete the kitchen was with utensils and appliances, it really felt like a home away from home. The rooms were spotless, and each one felt cozy and comfortable. We also felt very secure throughout our stay, with our cars safely parked right in front of the house. A big thanks to the very courteous and welcoming caretaker, Ate Merlie and her son, who assisted us with everything we needed. And to top it off, the owner personally gave us a call upon arrival to make sure we were all set and comfortable, such a thoughtful gesture! We will definitely come back.

This listing is fantastic. It had everything we needed. It is also very spacious. The rooms comfortably allow 22 pax sleeping on comfortable bed spaces unlike other listings where they say it accommodates more but means some of the guests need to sleep on sofa beds or mattresses. The common areas can accommodate 2x of our group size of 19 so there's a lot of room for everybody. The kitchen and amenities are all complete. There's a lot of pocket spaces / lounge as well which can accommodate smaller groups. Parking space is also ample and can fit I think almost 8 cars in total so there's really plenty of room for everyone. It's amazing and I can't wait to have something to celebrate so I have an excuse of going back again. I think it's worth it for the price honestly. Similar listings are priced exorbitantly high. Melanie's place is worth every peso we spent. I already had at least 5 friends asking for the AirBnB link!

The place was clean and can be easily located. Our stay was peaceful. The hosts were responsive to all my queries even before I booked the place. Kudos also to our caretaker, Ate Aileen, for being responsive and attending to all of our needs during our stay.

It’s a simple yet comfortable space, ideal for a small family looking for a quiet retreat. The Starbucks Downhill is just near the place, making it super convenient to grab coffee or a quick snack. What made our stay even better was Ate Maya, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. She made sure everything was in order and was always ready to help. The neighborhood itself is peaceful, allowing us to truly relax and unwind. If you’re looking for a no-fuss, cozy place with great hospitality and a quiet atmosphere, this is definitely worth considering!
