Two of the bedrooms have a full bathroom attached.

Rise early with a cup of coffee, & head out for a sunrise or sleep in till noon, this 27 acre park property has lots to explore with walking trails, bike paths, & hiking routes along Indiana’s largest natural lake!

Cozy cottage that is nestled in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The four main restaurants on the lake are all within walking distance(5-10 minutes) from the cottage. A full playground is located across the street. Private pier access on Lake Wawasee is an easy three minute walk. The pier is large enough for 5-6 people to lay out on. The cottage has A/C units located upstairs and downstairs. The cottage sleeps six people via one queen bed, one pull out couch, and one futon.

The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
