Fra stuen er der udgang til træterrassen, der er overdækket og vender mod syd-vest. Mod øst er der anlagt en stor fliseterrasse med stort anneks på 10 m2 og heromme er også basin/pool placeret. Poolen er åben fra maj-september. Den store græsplæne er velegnet til leg og er omkranset af træer. Der er oplader til elbil.
