This is a comfortable flat for 2 people, with amazing views of Swanage bay. Stairs lead up to the flat which is on the 3rd floor of a Victorian villa. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. This is a lovely flat with its own patio at the front with table and chairs, and another patio at the rear. It has a large lounge with a separate kitchen diner, a full bathroom and a separate wc. It has that seaside feel to it, with the path down to the beach opposite, 200m We use it for the family so has lots of extras. Swanage town is a 15 min walk along the beach to lovely shops and restaurants. This is a very homely, place, if you are looking for minimalist then its not for you.
