We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

There is a hot tub here to enjoy all year around, koi pond, BBQ and relaxing decking in its own private garden.

Cosy self contained lodge nestled in a secluded paddock in a quiet part of the Village. Over looking open fields, surrounded by lovely walks adjoining the village cricket green. Enjoy open plan living consisting of a king size bed, comfy sofa bed, dining area with a kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine. The lodge has a shower, toilet and heated towel rail. Enjoy the delights of the GeoDome, great for watching the sun set. Dogs considered on request.

A beautiful modern, recently renovated one bedroom cottage with a separate sitting room/kitchen. The cottage is situated in a historic racehorse training yard within walking distance of the middle of Newmarket. Newmarket is the centre of horse racing and this property is perfectly situated for visitors who want to go racing, to Tattersalls or just visit the town. The cottage has it's own separate entrance and is equipped with a kettle, oven, coffee machine, wifi and a large smart TV.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. We hope you will too, when you stay.

Easy access from the A14, at the Newmarket junction. Recently renovated cottage set back slightly from road, with 1 king size bed and one double bed. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor space. A good base to visit Newmarket(2 miles), Cambridge (13 miles) or even a trip to the coast as Felixstowe is under an hour away. Not suitable for children as the stairs are steep. One parking space available at the bottom of the garden. Three local pubs within walking distance.

A microwave and fridge can be provided if required. Enjoy super-fast Wi-Fi and a shared garden. Ideally located between Cambridge and Newmarket.

The Stables, Burwell, Cambridgeshire

The Stables have been newly converted, sat within the grounds of our beautiful farm. The stables are located on the edge of the village of Burwell, with a range of village amenities, including 4 country pubs within walking distance. Be sure to explore the stunning National Trust Wicken Fen nature reserve, which is on your doorstep. Burwell is perfectly located between Newmarket and Cambridge, with both being only a short drive away.
