Located in Rehoboth Beach, Rosewood Beach House is less than a 10-minute drive to the beach (1.6 miles) with no need to get on Route 1 - just take the underpass to Church Street. Two summer season Rehoboth parking passes are provided to guests. Free parking for 4 cars on the property. Bedding and bath towels provided. The house has 5 lovely bedrooms, sleeps 12, with 3.5 baths. Two large living rooms, a spacious kitchen, a yoga deck, a screened deck, and a backyard w/grill and fire table.
