A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. This is nice apartment in small residential building. It has 2 terraces, one with a nice view over the public garden. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for families. The parking is not private it is public and free. The apartment is near bus station, and it is 10 minutes walk from the coast, 15-20 minites walk to the Old town. The wifi is great for digital nomads and video calls, 90mbps download, 5mbps upload, tv over 150 channels. There are a lot of mini markets and supermarkets near by.

Apartment Luna is situated 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and from the beaches in completely new building,which has an underground garage and parking in front of it.The building also has an elevator.The apartment is equipped whit a completely new and luxurious furniture.The view from the balcony is amazing.On the left side you can see the interior of the bay and all Old Town and all fortress San Giovanni, on the right you have a view of the open sea.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
