It is easy and safe for children and eldery people to get to the accommodation from the station, because the roads are very flat between them. You also don't need to across roads with heavy traffic. Asakusa, Senso-ji temple, and Tokyo Skytree (very famous Tokyos' sightseeng spots) are located near the accommodation (only about 10-minute walk). There are convenience stores, supermarkets, Izakaya (Japanese style pub), restaurants, and cafes near the accommodation, so you have no trouble with daily eating and shopping.
