Great place for friends and family to get together and relax either just sitting under the shade trees or by the heated indoor pool or in the cozy octagon sunroom. Outside grounds are perfect place for outdoor wedding or reception or family reunions.

A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

Located on 64 acres of farmfields this property offers spectacular views of wildlife. Deer can often be seen from the enclosed rear patio. The front patio offers beautiful views of the sunset. There is a well equipped kitchen and also an outdoor patio with grill and fire pit for cooking out. A large pond is available for fishing. Indoors there are two smart tv's and free wifi. Our historic family farm has 180 acres. The main house has been renovated to reflect a Greek revival kind of architecture that was prevalent in this area during the early 1800’s. The guest house is of new construction and is attached to the garage. It has a private porch attached to the back.
