Amazing stay, this hotel is great! The pool was like a bathtub and the owners kept it open late so I could swim after 8PM! Will be coming back again and again.

Very clean place the property was quiet and kept up. Friendly staff with great recommendations. Would definitely stay there again.

This was not our first stay with Michael...and we'll make it a regular thing as we visit family in the area.

Great studio apartment!! Very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. Joe was extremely communicative. Right on the water and we enjoyed sitting on the outside furniture. It is a very short ride to the lighthouse and downtown Montauk. A beautiful place! We would love to return someday.

This was a very easy location to get to, and the price was very good. It was everything I needed for a short trip to the Island.

We have stayed at Michael's place before and always find it a clean, comfortable place to stay while visiting with family.

Our stay here was great! Everything looked like the photos and we were happy that Joanne and Allison let us bring our bridal party in for hair/makeup before our wedding! The description regarding the size of the space was very clear but I couldn't visualize it correctly. I had myself, 6 bridesmaids, my mom, 2 makeup artists, and 2 hair stylists in the room to get ready. 12 people in this room was very cozy, but we were so happy we made it work since the larger upstairs room was unavailable. Additionally, the shared sun room is gorgeous and we were able to chill in there if/when our room got too crowded. Thanks for a great stay!! :)

Great little hotel! Lots of public spaces. Free books. Great snacks and drinks. Friendly check in staff! Recommend 100%

This is the best location on this side of the north fork. Unbeatable proximity to the beach. The bed is also big and comfortable. Matter of fact the whole room is large. It could use some upgrades but it has those two most important things. Oh! And good food on site! It’s also close to town and to 67 step beach. I will definitely be back in the warmer weather!

So much fun for our entire family. We loved the location & relaxing atmosphere. The housekeeping setup on line was very easy to do & delivery of linens was perfect. Thanku for a great stay

First time ever staying at a residence inn. Yes it’s a hotel but more like a private studio apartment. Did communicate with the host & did make aware of some banging on the walls, and yelling from the room behind me. Addressed it to the front desk and they promptly took action and was a peaceful night. The water with the shower didn’t stay hot after 5 minutes but other than that 5 stars and I would def stay again.

Stayed at this Airbnb multiple times, it’s great. Always clean, always a good stay. Will be returning in the future, would recommend to a friend

This is a great place to stay at if you are traveling to Long Island. Quiet, clean, and personnel at the front desk are really friendly. The LIRR is close making it easy to travel to NYC. 100% recommend.
