Sam's Pad, Timberlea Farm

Sam's pad consists of a self contained "granny flat" nestling under the Amathole Mountains, offering - peace and tranquillity. There is a farmer's market every three months where one can purchase a variety of things from clothing to aloes. The granny flat has its own entrance, parking space, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. We live next door and can supply home made bread, rusks, fresh farm eggs or leave you undisturbed. There is no load shedding because we are on solar power

The Donkey Barn

This spacious cottage accommodates 2 guests and includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, toilet, and washbasin. The open-plan kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, stove, oven, cutlery, crockery, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The living area features ample seating, a TV, a dining table, and a fireplace. The cottage also includes a braai area on the balcony.

Mountain biking, Trail running, Bird watching, Hiking, Hunting or Fishing are some activities to be enjoyed in the area. Thomas River Tavern is 15 min away where one can enjoy scrumptious meals, view antiques or have a swim in the swimming pool.

Gryffin Cottage is a charming self-catering cottage set on one of the oldest properties in Hogsback. The main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom sleeps two people in a king-size bed and has the possibility of a single bed for couples travelling with one child. The cozy loft right under the thatch roof sleeps two people. The kitchen is fully equipped for travelers preparing their own meals and an open fire place guarantees to warm everyone up during the cold winter days and nights.

Hornbills Forest Cottages

Hornbills Forest Cottages is situated about 5 kilometres out of Stutterheim on the edge of the Amatola Mountains and the beautiful Afro Montaine Forest. The area is quiet and peaceful. Yellowwood Cottage has two bedrooms with three beds in each room, a lounge with fireplace and DSTV and a kitchenette. The cottage has lovely views of the forest which is across the stream on the edge of our garden. There is a walking trail in the forest with access to the main forest trails.
