There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

This beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroomed barn conversion sits just above the pretty harbour village of Boscastle. It’s set in the rolling countryside in an designated Area of outstanding Natural Beauty with breathtaking sea views. You can literally watch the sun set over the sea from your hot tub, patio, lounge and bedroom! The property was converted into a stunning living space in spring 2022 so it’s brand new!
