Open plan lounge/diner/kitchen, large TV with Sky, inc sports and films, Netflix, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher. Patio doors to the garden & sea views. WC/utility. Bed 1, large room with balcony & sea views, en-suite. Bed 2-large double. Bed 3 can be single, twin or dbl, but it is a small room. Bathroom, Parking for 2 cars, EVC (at additional Cost).

Kent Cottage

Kent Cottage is a detached two bedroomed cottage in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, close to Dartmouth and just a 15-20 minutes walk from the award winning beach ‘Blackpool Sands’. The cottage is suitable for couples, single travellers, or small families with a child (over 2 yrs). There is a small courtyard garden, and garaged parking. Stoke Fleming is located on the SW Coast Path, and is an ideal base from which to explore South Hams - designated ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.

Wren Cottage, Brixham

Wren Cottage is a charming, cosy 2 bedroom cottage. Set down a private track with free parking it is far enough away to be quiet but also only a 7 minute walk (0.3miles) into town. Wren Cottage is suitable for sunny days exploring the area and with its superb log burner cosy nights in. There is a local pub only a few minutes walk which also serves food. Please note the parking space/gravel track will need to be reversed out off but there is normally parking on the hill behind the cottage.

Royal Dart Yacht Club Cottage, Kingswear-Dartmouth

Bolthole: Cosy studio, garden, fantastic location!

The Bolthole is a small cosy open plan studio with garden. Compact but carefully thought through for a comfortable stay. Set in the heart of Kingswear down from street level & opposite our other rental property it is opposite the creek & River Dart which are possible to see from the garden. A few mins walk to the passenger & car ferries for the short trip to Dartmouth. Perfect for the coastal path. Street parking is free a few minutes walk from the property & paid parking is in the marina.

Harbour views, location & character - with parking

• Beautiful Brixham harbour & sea views from both bedrooms • Just 1 minute walk to the waterfront, cafés & restaurants • Full of character with exposed beams and stone walls • Quiet, hidden location right in the heart of town • Two private patio spaces for relaxing outdoors • Private parking space included nearby on harbour quay (not suitable for oversized vehicle) - the space is CCTV monitored, under a streetlight and can be seen from the cottage. This small camper fits but only just.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
