We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich im alpenländischen Stil eingerichtet u. wird über eine Außentreppe erreicht. Das Grundstück grenzt direkt an den traumhaften Kieferbach. Die Badestelle ist nur 50 m vom Haus entfernt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Süd-Balkon mit Blick auf den Kieferbach und den großen Traithen.
