It is situated on 10 minutes drive from Belogradchik, 10 minutes drive from "Venetsa" cave, 20 minutes drive from adventure kids' camp "Chudno myasto Stakevtsi" in the Village of Stakevtsi. In Belogradchik you can arrange a flight with a hot air balloon over the Belogradchik rocks.

Izuzetan apartman u najstrozem centru grada. Apartman je dvostrano orijentisan sa tri odvojene prostorije i dve terase. Sa jedne terase se pruza pogled na Crveni trg a sa druge terase pogled se pruza na prelepu Pazarsku crkvu. Zgrada ima dva ulaza.
