A 7 minute drive to Vilano beach! We are in a quiet and charming neighborhood.

The Marsh House

Welcome to the Marsh House! The house was built in 2012 as a guesthouse. The cottage is a modern artisan home with cypress paneling, pine floors with no drywall. The panoramic views of the ocean, marsh and intercoastal waterways create its own ever-changing work of art. Safe BEACH ACCESS with a pedestrian light is only 100ft south and across the road from Nease Park. Pictures of beach access are in exterior 2.
