I had the most beautiful stay at Mark and Linda’s cottage. Great communication, felt at home and the bed and spa was exactly what I needed. I loved the village feel, it felt like I was walking through an English country village. Divine. Thank you for a great stay and highly recommend for a unique stay.

Very comfortable and lovely surroundings. Only had 2 nights but would like to return for a longer stay to enjoy restful environment, and explore the area.

Emma responded to queries promptly. The house/cabin was as described and pictures accurate. It was large and spacious in beautiful tropical surroundings. We had a lovely, comfortable stay.

My husband and I selected The Elm House for our Honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. The venue looks exactly like the pictures, yet still does not do it justice. The location and environment was so calming and relaxing, perfect for a little private getaway. Laura was absolutely wonderful. Great communication, very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend this venue!

Well this is a great little find for a couple or two people…. Suuuccch a cute cabin Krill has created…. , the minute you walk through the white picket fence and onto the cute front patio you see passionfruit vines and rosemary…. You walk inside and the compact yet cosy interior is a soothing sight. Then wander out to the back deck to see the beautiful shoreline and as a bonus, native beehive! We also made use of the firepit and kayaks. The shops and cafes are a short walk yet you are surrounded by birds, peace and quiet away from any hustle. A perfect getaway spot for anyone interested in recharging and removing yourself from all the clamour. We had a great Easter.!! Thankyou!

The Twilight Cottage and absolutely dream to stay at! My husband, dog and myself thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous space and being close to town was perfect 😊 Definitely one of the best stays we have ever been on!

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was beautiful with a stunning view of the dam. It was just the right amount of off-grid for our boys to run around and enjoy the outdoors. They mountain biked at Mt Joyce every day (just across the dam). We also loved that we weren't too far from a great pub lunch (recommend the Roadvale Hotel).

Escape to this stunning little cabin for a quick and unforgettable getaway! The beautiful surroundings and attentive hosts made our stay absolutely remarkable. Juliette’s cottage was just what we needed as a night away! It was exactly as described and we loved feeding the horses that came up to visit us while we enjoyed a drink on the porch! The bed was also very comfortable and we will definitely be back when we need a night to get away and relax!

Just WOW! Perfect spot in every way for a getaway. Loved everything about this cabin,such attention to detail is rare but Jas has nailed it. Comfortable bed, sofa,well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Outdoors is so picturesque you feel like you’re staying at a five star resort. I think we’ll be back Jas! Thank you so much,it’s divine.

The oyster hut is first class. One of the best locations with so much to offer. The quintessential Aussie holiday that Straddie can offer with an amazing place to cap it all off. There are many more surprises and exciting things that this place provides. Amazing bath with a fire place at each end of the bath, a well appointed house and great hosts. Loved it, booking again already. It will be a staple part of our return to the island as I think it is one of the best on the island and is an absolute credit to the owners. It had everything from master craftsmanship, amazing surrounds, adventure and many touches on the property that had me saying WOW all day long.

Quiet and peaceful, definitely recommend and hope to stay again next time I’m in town.

This little shack completely immerses you in all the Straddie feels. Nestled in the surrounding bushland, it almost feels like you're camping—except you’ve got the perks of a resort-style pool, warm shower, and air-conditioning. The host has thoughtfully considered your needs, with all the essentials provided to make your stay super comfortable. The kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped and lets you whip up some seriously good meals. I’d recommend making the most of the incredible local seafood, and don’t miss out on a lamb roast from the Dunwich butcher—especially since the host thoughtfully planted rosemary right at the front door! It’s honestly amazing what you can cook on the Webber BBQ. The local agency managing the shack was great to deal with, providing clear instructions for easy after-hours access. They were also quick to help when we had a small hiccup with the locks—on a public holiday, no less. This little shack really packs a punch, especially for its budget price point.

The cabin was nice and peaceful close to shops ended up rebooking for the rest of the week Rajesh was so helpful and kind will definitely come back thanks Rajesh

We stayed here for a long weekend away for our anniversary and oh my what a beautiful place. Such a magical landscape and a cozy cottage with everything you need. A special thanks to Arif, who kindly let us feed their Highland cows, goats, and miniature horse. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway. Thank you Arif and Kavita!

Stayed in May's cottage for 2 nights, cottage has been renovated beautifully, the best quality appliances, etc, spacious and private... outdoor bath was private and huge..... location was very peaceful (except perhaps a little road noise) beautiful rainforest walk and outlook across Moreton Bay.... can highly recommend...
