From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom self-contained unit located in Arrowtown 1 min walk to Millbrook Resort and 15 min walk to central Arrowtown. The apartment is to the side of our main house. It has its own private entrance. We have built the apartment to have views out to mountains. This is perfect for an individual, couple, or family. Please note there is some building going on around the apartment as this is a new area. Which happens from 7:30am to 4:30pm .

The self-contained cottage is located on our small rural lifestyle block in the heart of the Wakatipu Basin a short drive to Queenstown, Arrowtown, Airport. The cottage is nestled away with a private garden for you to enjoy. Modern 2-bedroomed, open-plan kitchen/dining/living/separate bathroom/toilet/large deck/shared driveway. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has the option of two single or king beds.

Our property is situated in the beautiful Speargrass Flat Area in a private secluded setting with views of Coronet Peak and the Remarkable Ski Fields. We are a five minute drive from Arrowtown and a 15 minute drive from the Queenstown Airport or the Town Centre. We are also only minutes away from joining the Queenstown walking and cycle trails. Behind our hedges you will find a lovely sunny area with ample off street parking.
