Nestled on a hill among the treetops, this tranquil, private space offers plenty of areas to relax on decks, patios, and around the pool. This 4-bedroom home is a 4-block walk to Dogwood beach & a short drive to Hillcrest Beach. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, a few houses from the community playground/pickleball & a short bike ride to the town of Duck. Enjoy the sunrise from the treetop level deck as a great start to your day at the beautiful beach community of Southern Shores!

Location! Offering breath taking sunrise views and dolphin sightings. The perfect place for relaxing strolls along the beach, surfing with friends and good old fashioned surf fishing. Located within close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. You'll find plenty of deck space on the 1st and 2nd level of the home, lending itself to magnificent ocean views. We currently don't provide linens/towels. **Please request a linen service when you send your request to book, if needed.**

Chloe's Cottage - 7 minute walk to the beach

Nestled in the heart of Southern Shores, our house is tucked away from the typical hustle and bustle of the resort areas of Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Duck, while being close enough for walk to the beach! A 15-minute bike ride into the town of Duck (2 bikes provided) will provide an afternoon with your friends and family, without the headache of traffic and parking. The house has dedicated workspace, gas fireplace, 42-inch HDTV with YouTube TV, sound system, and fiber internet WiFi.

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and an escape room. Sat-Sat summer.

Sandpiper Cottage - Welcome to your cozy retreat!

Enjoy this fresh, spacious cottage, with 2 bedrooms, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and twin mattress with provided linens. 2 full baths included with towels, and an outdoor shower. Minutes from beach, including stress-free Southern Shores private access parking passes. *Friday to Friday during Summer weeks to avoid weekend traffic* Check-in starter pack provided, including paper towels, toilet paper, hand & dish soap, dishwasher/laundry pods, tissues, makeup towelettes, and trash bags.

Tidepool | Pool, Hot Tub & Private OBX Retreat

Tide Pool features an industrial-chic aesthetic of concrete floors, soaring 9-foot ceilings, large windows, and designer furniture. Notice the light fixtures salvaged from cargo ships and float in the luxurious private pool with glass tile and designer finishes. The outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing in the shade. The large covered area has a grill and hot tub nearby. The pool is Heated/Cooled by heat pump and is open April through October. You have the whole house and yard.

Flat Top Bungalow

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
